Do you even know what makes this mod great? It's that it unrenders los santos. There are tons of mods doing it with a bridge, and not only does it look horrible, it also feels wrong, is unrealistic and would definetly bring every pc to its limits.

Proper add-ons that I want to see is: - Their own version of 5Real/L.A. Revo for Liberty City (N.Y. Revo) so they can add reality and modernize the map to a current version with real street names/brands/stores/places like L.A. Revo. - More RP mods (new safehouses to buy, add jobs, fuel gas, etc) The mod is amazing, but I think this could make the whole map more usable and realistic.

You can do that already in OpenIV. Just edit the proper files to do so, you can find videos online to teach you. I made my peds have more health/ change their reactions. Even changed the bloodspill texture

The old lc mods were not as detailed textures wise and this new one has ALOT of details. (Cars from gta 4, traffic, pedestrians walking around, interiors etc) and the other mods were kinda broken and killed fps alot.

Is it cool? Yes. However Rockstar really needs to remaster proper it for the PS5. Here's why. If all the assets for Liberty City were remastered then it more easily opens the door for map expansions during the life cycle of GTA Online 2.0 We all know a GTA online 2.0 is going to be coming soon after the release of GTA5 itself. Rockstar has patented specific server technology that will actually enable map expansions. It wasn't technically possible with GTA online. The servers couldn't handle it. We gotta keep in mind, GTA 5 is a PS3 and 360 game. Heavily polished over twice, with the PS4/One releases and then later again with Expanded and Enhanced. The technology LITERALLY was not there yet. The PS3 sounded like a 747 taking off just running GTA online in its original form. Was pushed to the limit, even the 360 was stretched thin with GTA5. That being said, a GTA online with an expanding map that adds in old cities with new ones in between. Would be the most ideal GTA online game. Imagine your character being able to go from Los Santos, to San Fierro, to Las Ventura's, to Liberty City, to Vice City and every city that could be in between. A true "Project Americas"

GTA4 never really ran right for me and many others. At release it ran poorly on my GPU, had to use command lines to unlock it fully. Rockstar Social Club software was aweful. And once ingame little draw distance and most notably the shadows always looked wrong. So this is a nice upgrade that just runs well, even tho it does not represent the gritty Liberty city vibe as much and doesnt have the great story :)

No touching needed to handling, handling is iconic signature of GTA 4 & One out of two things that modder should not touch, second one is colorband & weather, you change colors & weather & you lose authentic atmosphere of GTA 4. i installed this, i love this dlc, i have tried many in the past but many never work for me. are you using some graphics mod? your game looks a little better than mine but i have the regular steam version only so maybe that's why.

Little Caveat with the drive 5 mod, it increases damage but in no way shape or form is it like 4. The crash deformation is not even close to how good it was in 4. This mod only makes your car die or explode faster, you can edit the mod how you please though so think about turning this off or tweaking the numbers. It was extremely annoying how easy it was for your car to just die.
