I've caught several out here in florida, they are a monster of a fish. They can snap deep sea rods straight off the belt. They've pulled a buddy of mine into the water and he was tied up. Longest fight I had was with a 110 pounder and it was around 2 hours. Absolutely grueling.

What do you think lions and tigers do? Hell even toucans are hunters. Humans are just more advanced in their hunting ways. The problem comes in over hunting/fishing where there is no sustainability.

Sorry, you lost touch with reality girl. Hunting is in our dna. As long as we do it without extinguishing entire spieces, there is nothing wrong with it. You probably only buy you're fish/meat from the supermarket, those animals have had much worse life's than a wild catch like this. Get out there, kill a animal, get covered in blood and eat it. Trust me, it will taste much better!

But when i caught a walleye on devils lake in ND, and killed it. it felt wrong to NOT eat it. and to be honest i would have regretted it if i hadnt. you gain a respect for the animal that you really cant understand unless you do it. (plus you can kill them humanly and quickly so that really arent suffereing).
