Preparing and sharing this TED talk was one of the truly wonderful experiences of my life. ✨ Every individual's journey is personal, but I am yet to hear the story of another without taking away something applicable to my own life; 💭 I am super happy that so many people have shared with me that they gained something in listening to a little of mine. 🙏 I am happy to connect, just reach out! 🚀

I totally agree with the speaker and thank you very much (🙏😇🍀) to both TED team and Paul Catchlove for sharing this meaningful message to any whom thinking that they having some issues in liìe❣️Certainly, please trust me, “reflection” does help us to see things through and then we could make the best next move (including “not moving” 😅). I have been practicing “self-reflection” (I’m adding the prefix “self” because although it’s not just reflect about myself, it’s always started with the assumption: “If I were the cause (when related to me)/the person (in that situation)…, what I could have done to stop (a not-so-good thing) or to improve (a kinda-okay/good thing) [no “bad”/“perfect” thing in my vocabulary 😛]), I can feel like I could see more and more the absolute truth of everything in everywhere (just not “all at once” yet 😂). (Thanks for your patient to reach to this point of my comment❣️Cheers🎉.)

As useful as this is, it's part of a fascinating trend in American company culture to see pseudo-religious/quasi-religious people give advice stripped of its explicit religious connotations/origins to guide people. The message is often trying to link existential meaning with the workplace. Invitations to self-reflection in the ways Paul prescribed are very present in many of the world's traditions already, but these TED talks have packaged it in a way that it resonates with white-collar workers more.

Of course self reflextion has its rewards but this could have been a more flushed out talk with concrete sugestions like key things to reflect on , how to fit it into a busy dchedule and meathods of acheaving the goal like mindfull meditation and journaling . As is is I'm not really left with much of anything but a platitude .

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks. I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should've known that by now, nothing beats experience and that's final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again
