The Hammer, African American Ethnic Sports Hall of Fame

NFL-er, Fred Williamson, known as "The Hammer" was recently inducted into the African American Sports Hall of Fame. Here is his acceptance speech.

I'm 44 years old and I grew up watching Fred "Da Hammer" Williamson films and was in awe with each and everyone of them. Specifically, the 70's films during the so-called Black Exploitation Era. I use to think I was him when I was a youngster. Three names jump out at me during the super 70's as the super bad brothers. Fred Williamson, Jim Kelly and Jim Brown. Also was Richard Roundtree and Ron O'Neal.
