Jazakallahu khayra for this, sheikh's knowledge is amazing, just to know the history of the mathhab to this extent is astounding. Also humbling to see Shaykh Shady taking notes and taking the opportunity to learn. Please, make this into a series with the other maththib.

@@DhikrDose muhammed ibn abdul wahhab was the one who started the wahhabi movement with Mohammed bin Saud of the house of saud? They do started a Kingdom of Saud ruling with other what Allah ﷻ has re ealed, meaning Taghut. The one who rebelled against the Ottoman Khalif, the one who started the Khaariji movement?

I already have 'umda and mukhyasar al khiraki but I think i shouldn't act upon it because they don't report the today's actual jum'ur of the madhab. I'm looking for something more recent but pure, not affected by the salafis. Jazakumullahu khairan

I don't think Ash'ariyya has any problem with Asthaariyya. We have a problem with the Hashwiyya/Salaafiyya claiming to be Hanbaliyya/Asthariyya and maybe with two particular among the Hanabila, ie Al-Barbahaariy and Ibn Taymiyya, bot with valid reasons. That's it. I rarely see any other Hanabila names pop up in a bad light among the Ash'ari scholars all over the world, except a few Hashwiyya who shared the same laqab with other famous scholars like the other Ad-Dariymiy (ie not the one who compiled Sunaan Ad-Dariymiy) who attributed jihaa to ALLAAH.

First and foremost the same way ashahira and mufawadia hijacked the mathaahib from its original founders they are trying to do this with the Hanbali madhab. They wish to quotes Hanbalis Who came hundreds of years after imam Ahmad but they will never dare to open up the books of Creed from his immediate students like he’s two sons Saleh and Abdullah and Al barbahaaie and Abu Dawsood and mirwazee. Do you want to know the creed of the hannabila go to its founders , nice try.
