Today the wife and I take a break from our Italy Hermèscapades and get everybody caught up on out Hermès Topanga boutique Quota Bag quest. We combine appointments, drop ins, and order pick up's in to this video which will finally put us over the 2:1 spend level. Additionally we get some great news from our SA, and share all the great things like: home goods, leather goods, and accessories that we got in the last few months.

No, I did not lose a bet, but the foundation of Handbag Husband is to follow along as we learn more about the Hermès brand, develop relationships with our sales associates from one side of the globe to another, and pursue some amazing handbags. I love chevre and soft leathers! I received a MK in chevre. I also like smooth leathers.

@JLOinthecity, Thank you for the comment, Chevre is quickly becoming one of my favorite leathers, it is just a bummer they cannot really use it for larger leather objects.. With your MK ,does having it in Chevre, affect the feel/aesthetic of the bag?

@@HandbagHusband hi! thank you for responding - I feel that the bag is so soft and a bit more delicate. With it being so tiny it will not really make much of a difference because you can't really put much in there so because of the size there will be less wear and tear. I can see why it would not be the best use for larger bags though. Thank you for the amazing videos.

I LOVE chèvre, would love having a Constance in that leather! What a clever idea to use the scarf ring as a man’s ring and use the carré de soie as a pocket square! Love your channel!

@kim-anh9860, Yes turning down the Constance was heart breaking, but gotta keep the eyes on the prize. Also the pocket squares from the the Women scarf section are so much more interesting than the ones in the Mens section...it almost feels like Mens pocket squares are just an after thought by Hermes.

1) I love my mysore chèvre Constance. The mauve pale has a lovely shine; 2) I would never wear a scarf ring as a ring, it’s too bulky for me; and 3) I’d like to see what the scarf looks like in your work jacket 🙂

@starburst391, Thank you for the comment, for your Chevre Constance, does it have a different feel in the Chevre, than some of the other leathers: Epsom, Box etc.. ? I really like how thin the Chevre can be and still be durable. I hope you have a great day!

@@HandbagHusband chèvre is more lux than epson. It is much softer than my orange epson KTG. I’ve never felt box leather…or swift which I would love to own one day. I am not careful with my bags so maybe swift is not for me 😄
