Because it’s his property. He could not like the species of tree. Many reasons. I have associate degree in business management and horticulture ( landscape design) Some trees the roots can grow to shallow . Cause damage to sidewalks and driveways. Be more susceptible to diseases and insects (unwanted caterpillars)
