Always remember the form. Lowering the weight just a tad bit to be able to control the weight is key in bodybuilding. Keeps the tension on the muscles. If you want to have some cheat reps in the end you can do that. But not a whole set

My thoughts exactly just watching the first 20 seconds, the form was shit on all of them because he was lifting too heavy. He needs to get out of the strongman thinking and focus on proper form and mind muscle connection, on the eccentric he was just letting it go.

Can definitely see you're making progress with your form. You already are strong af. What you really nerd to do is slow your reps down to engage the muscle and build it more. And when you're already lifting the whole stack, this helps even more..

Eddie bulking back up to 400 pounds is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. No good bodybuilding coach would advise him to do this. He’d be ruining his insulin sensitivity so hypertrophy wouldn’t occur as much as if he cut now, dropped body fat & then gained muscle afterwards. On top of that, he would be potentially destroying his health too, which could have implications when he’s getting very lean

Your form is absolutely terrible, you aren't focusing on controlling the weight during the movement and keeping tension, rather you are just throwing the weight around, plus you should cut first then bulk.

I'm rooting for you Eddie!!! Whatever you do don't give up! My tip is to really feel the exercises in the intended muscles. It's much better to lighten the weight if needed so that you can really feel the contractions. Heavy is good but not at the expensive if feeling the contractions. On rows you really need to pull shoulders back and try and pinch your spine almost. Back is a hard muscle to feel and train right.
