Eddie, I would recommend getting one of Devon's tools called the multispinner and do containment lifts with it. Have Neil show you how to apply it. I think you will feel super strong in the variation where the strap runs below your hand. However, if you can get crazy strong in the variation where the strap runs above your hand, that's the lift where you can make someone else's hand unstable when they go on the attack, and you maintain your static back pressure with your top two fingers. Take a look at Auden Larratt's video "Singles - Stronger than ever..." and at the 2:25 mark, you can see this lift demonstrated in both variations.
@YyIu-g6r2 ай бұрын
all he needs is to maintain a good amount of distance between his hand and shoulder, have enough supination and cupping and bit explosiveness. no devon larratts or specific exercises. if he learns press i think brian is in trouble, since press movement is easier to do and he does it nicely but brian does not have good form at all.

11:40 is pure gold. I sucked really bad at arm wrestling all my life. I still do but I used to, too. Anyways, after learning what I was capable of doing in a match, I had one after about 20 years to a 19 kid who had brute strength, but always relied on flash pins and presses. I lost to him, but i bled him dry and irritated his tendons by isolating my bicep and sparring my energy. Cool tip

Eddie will try to hit fast off the go with an inside hook to press, Brian will hit the riser top roll and slip the grip, strap will go on. Eddie will try again, but now all of Brian's physical advantages will come into play, the longer arms, being taller stature, and over all strength. Along with the training with Devon, Brian will top roll Eddie for the win. Won't be anything Eddie can do to stop it. U can mark my words, that top roll will beat Eddie's inside hook and press 💯.
