this interviewer is such a film nerd; he and tarantino looked like a couple
@tiberiius8 жыл бұрын
you know that quentin tarantino was actually enjoying the time talking about movies when at 0:14 he says, "this doesn't count as his time". willing to talk more even after all the interviews he has to do in a day.

Now this is what I call a great interviewer. He's so interested in their work, lets them talk, and only speaks about the topic. Nice to see an interviewer that doesn't ask about why are his movies too violent, that it affects the mind of younger viewers, and all that ridiculous bullshit. The reporter knows his job, and most importantly, is a fan of the people he's interviewing. This guy is one of the best.

noticed a lot of people calling the interviewer "Great" or on the opposite hand "Asslicker" etc etc.. I think he's just passionate about films, which is.. actually nice to see, seen so many interviews where the interviewer asks vague questions or some stupid personal shit that doesn't involve the movie at all. At least this dude nerds out about actual film stuff and clearly the actors and directors etc respect that, I can imagine their nerds about it all as well. P.S to clarify I'm also a movie nerd, I can relate to his excitement/passion.

Way cool interviews-! It's nice to see a fellow film geek asking truly incisive questions. TWO THINGS: 1) For me, BRUCE DERN ... wowza. It's because of SILENT RUNNING at age 12, I would one day become a produced screenwriter and commercial director. 2) I wish I had known QT was a fan of my picture from his Video Store Manager days because he and Roger Avery sat behind me at the industry screening of DIE HARD 3. It took my star to tell me several years ago he had it on his 'Favorite Shelf' back then. Wait -- one more thing. QT's Right of Free Speech seems to have been forgotten by certain segments of the all too militant, shaved head Police World. All I can say, it's his right -- as is any citizen's -- to speak out when our alleged protectors are causing more harm than good to the people of this country. Period. D.A. ps: THE HATEFUL EIGHT shot in 'CAMERA 65' with the original BEN HUR lenses ..? Oh baby, I got me some major movie-geek wood.
