This block is next to the Church. There's a Police Post and RC under the void deck. It's facing the main road. Not as haunted as it seems. People going to work and school everyday pass by the void deck.

There MIGHT be a degree of truth here, because my mom used to work in Town Council in Woodlands, and she said residents used to regularly complain about disturbances. And this was way before the murder, back in the 90s. But who knows 🤷🏽‍♂️ good memories hanging out there and playing block catching there as a kid though

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the block, doesn’t seem haunted or whatsoever. But it has been confirmed that after the sars outbreak and being rented out to foreign workers, it then became vacant before the eventual reopening. Reports from 2006 claimed the block was still empty. The block was subsequently refurbished and reopened in 2007/8 with new lifts. By Oct 2008 the block was opened, and Google street view shows the new two doored lifts were in operation by then. The block was completed sometime between 1985 and 1987.

I live a few blocks away from this block, So close that I can literally see it from my window. Nothing is wrong about this block. There's many people playing at the badminton court downstairs even at night. And the CC often hosts events there. Trust me, it's not haunted at all.

I think the residents moved out because of the horrible painting color scheme the government gave it ... like who's going to feel good about staying in a block with such an ominous color scheme ??? And by the way, I feel the government has been on a terrible run with regards to the painting colors on most HDB flats, compared to the flats built in the 60s-70s period when HDB flats used to have very interesting features and often interesting colors, HDB flats these days just have really boring colors ...
