I grew up in Kentucky. Went to Waverly Hills in August about 8 years ago for day tour. It was very cool seeing the body shute, hearing the stories, and seeing the establishment itself. I'm a nurse myself so I found it very intriguing. I would highly recommend anyone going for a tour. Day or night. I unfortunately didn't see anything supernatural that day but will go back again someday and hopefully 🤞🤞

Yes, I've been on a few day tours at Waverly Hills. I have a love for the building and a respect. I don't live far at all from the hospital and would love to walk and sit up there in the quiet,like I have done a few times years ago,but the Mattingly's won't let you on the hill unless you're paying.

Exceptional episode once again. I actually visited Waverly back in 1999, while a student at UofL. The place was foreboding and i felt the dread you spoke of for weeks afterwards. We snuck in through a hole in a fence to gain entry, well before the current owners bought it. I will never go back.

I love your podcasts!! I look forward to them every week. I like to get my kids to bed and then lay down and put it on and listen to them while I'm going to bed. I usually have to re-listen to them the next day because your voice is calming and I fall asleep haha
