1:00 Choice of available video modes is dependant on the cam. Only Micro and Nano v2 can do 1080@30 (iirc), Nano 90 cannot.

Pretty much the only place you see HDZero demonstrated is in an open field because it can't penetrate worth a shit! Don't expect much in a bando! 🤷🥴

Not sure if you know it, but if that vtx was a pre-production test unit, it might not be outputting anywhere close to 1w. To get 1w on those, you have to loosen the case screws. Chris Rosser has a video on it. If you have a meter, you could check yours.

What a spot to check out a new vtx, water on both sides. Looks pretty good though. If you are having good luck with the whip you should try a couple of matching dipoles on the gogs. Strap the whip on in a vertical position and use two dipoles and maybe two patches.

Linear patch like Menace rc viper or True rc biquad would probably work well. It may also be that HD zero is doing that magic rf thing where it uses multipathing to it's advantage in which case mixing left and right polorized on the goggs might be a good idea.

@@KOrnhOliO1 I assume you responded to the wrong person? I was letting 🤖☠️ know that I liked his video (which is lifestyle content not science). And reminding him which camera does what. That’s it. HDZero wise… even though I use analog, Avatar, HDZero, and DJI O2, O3, and currently also testing O4… I still find myself flying HDZero 60% of the time… so there must be SOME benefit 😜 I have hardware that people would dream of and still prefer HDZero most times… I don’t know how to explain it any better than that. 🤷‍♂️ But everything has its place. Not putting anything down or even recommending one system over another… they are all VERY different and actually getting more and more different by the release. I honestly never would have guessed the direction all the companies would have gone in. It still blows my mind every time I compare them honestly! Bottom line, everything is awesome. Fly what you got. Go have some fun. 🐝💨

the argus is great so far my only complaint is the solder pads are tiny, and i had a buddy lift a few pads on one so dont give it alot of heat.

Hey botgrinder loved the video. I bought a hdzero mobula 8 and was flying it for the second time inside my house and i dropped to the ground and gave me a rainbow screen. I replaced the camera ribbon cable and still no video. Any idea what happened?

Usually when it just goes to 🌈 on 1s it's cause low battery but if that's not the case then I'm not sure, you can try reflashing the vtx to the latest firmware.

Emax eco motors are made from cheese metal 😂performed well but like little knocks

I use them only my cinewhoop where there is little chance a crash will bend the motor axis. On a non ducted quad I wouldn’t recommend them because they are as sturdy as tin foil

@@BOTGRINDERthanks bruh , Im currently still on my fat doms with the rapidfire but have about a 2 year maybe 3 , hiatus on the go cause of life, I have missed out on LoRa and the HD thing was just starting to kick off, so much seems to have changed, Mr Steele has no elegant moustache, ppl seem to be off FrSky, dumb rules abound, and so many options on goggles are out there. I get ridiculous with this hobby and HD seems pretty cool and all but not sure really if its for someone who bites it as hard as I do on a consistent basis, Kinda confused if all HD has control and vtx bundled , or if thats something that has been separate in some of the shiny, products bashers can't wait to ram into walls at 120mph ,.
