It is official the new "BEETS" are out!
I can't believe how realistic this one turned out to be; creating an illusion with tasty soft cake components is always challenging.
It's composed with a fresh raspberry mousse, a soft raspberry and yuzu compote, a crunchy red sable, a raspberry cremeux and a beet sponge.

@@kutanra i love sideserf, no denial she’s some real talent but i prefer amaury out of this reason alone. sideserf just feels like a talented sculptor who uses anything that’s similiar to regular sculpting materials as a medium for her art. amaury however, genuently feels like a chef who models his pre-existing recipes into items.
