Sam's Club sells one pound of grass-fed AND grass-finished ground beef for 4.99 (comes in a package of three, 14.97). It's a lot better than the one pound of grass-fed only at Aldi for the same price. Also, 18 pastured eggs at Sam's Club for 4.99.

Personally, I'm scared of kettlebells, but I love watching him work out with them! I hope to be able to find the confidence to use them one day. This was a great conversation!

This is interesting stuff. I’ve never used a kettlebell, but am definitely gonna look into one now! These days I do a lot of aerobic HIIT and some weight training, but am gonna be doing a mini (10K) marathon soon after my trail runner friends convinced me. Been trying a bunch of supplements too to help with recovery and endurance (my endurance and stamina have been terrible after a long ass time off distance cardio) and I gotta say standardized hot-water Tongkat Ali extract has been a godsend. I’ve upped it to a 400mg dose (been using about 200mg for my HIIT) and the difference in how long I’ve been able to go and how I feel the next day have been nothing short of astounding.

I haven't touched m kettlebell in months! haha a 10k marathon is beyond my fitness level, but ill catch up with you soon enough! This is the first time hearing about Tongkat Ali.. interesting.. ill have to do more research about this.

Kitchen scale is a good simple way to make sure you're not overeating. I'm not overly strict about what I eat, but I do want to know how much I'm eating and how many calories are in it, not to track but to have an idea how it fits into what I need. I can't imagine especially with less healthy food just taking a pint of ice cream and eating the whole thing. I'll take a certain amount of grams and save the rest to eat over the course of weeks.
