It sure is good to be able to have confidence in our children's abilities, isn't it? At age 14 my boys were able one summer to clear 127 miles of U.S. Forest Service trails. People thought that was too much pressure for them but in the 30 years since then they have risen to leadership over their peers. and have done well in life. I image the same for your sons.

That is such a good remedy 💓 That is exactly what we did back in 2010. He fell off a ladder...broke a rib ... his scapula (shoulder blade) some vertebrates in his neck ... He healed super fast and didn't take nearly as long as expected. 🥰

I had something called a cold laser at the chiropractor when I sprained my ankle. It did seem to reduce the swelling and speed up healing. I think I had three treatments. Continuing to pray for you recovery. I grow comfrey in my garden. We have used the root (rhizome) for healing sprained ankles and bruises. The leaves are great for fertilizing your soil.

I love the foam on the espressos too. I make my own Bulletproof coffee that tastes just the same as an espresso but I make it in our Ninja blender. Keto friendly. Ingredients: 18 onces Strong coffee, 1/4 cup heavy cream (40% is best), chocolate, ( I make my own from powder and sugar substitute), 1 Tbsp MCT Oil, 1 Tbsp cold Butter, and Stevia drops to taste. Directions: 1. Place everything but coffee into Ninja container (mine is 24 oz size), 2. Add hot coffee to max liquid line. Blend 90 seconds, top off until foam is to top. Your favorite part, sip the foam down enough to put the lid on. Enjoy. Enjoy watching your family living life. Very much the lifestyle I'd like to live. Get well soon, praying for you.

Joas seeing you crawl on the gravel, I feel your discomfort ... I had an accident 8 days ago and surgery 6 days ago and can only use my right arm and hand now and be in this position for at least 1 month ... life without full mobility is a challenge as you used to have full mobility but your twins, other children and spouse are amazing .. . wish I had the same support.
