It’s really interesting that it’s Samyaza- as Lilith is almost always depicted to be partners with Samael. (They might be the same Character, I just think it’s interesting you mentioned Samyaza specifically, because Samyaza and Azazel are both Angels who worked TOGETHER in the Book of Enoch)

Fun fact: There are defrent versions of the story. There is a version where she left him because they couldn't agree on who should be on top in the bed. And there is a version where she left him because of Adam wanted to be superior to her. Yeah thechnicly there is no cannon in demonology, and the narrative is always changing. Cracked orb may be a reference to Eve's purity being corrupted, or cracked. The the description for the trinket Mom's Pearl is "It emanates purity", so when Eve ate the forbidden fruit her purity is gone.

some more info on serpents kiss for you it is actually a referance to the belief that lilith was the serpent in the garden of eden and further more the sprite doesn't just resemble lips but a front view of a snakes head as well for that reason, no really the nose slits are clearly seen as well the curves of the upper lip creating an inpression of eye socket bumps.

Fun fact: The reason people think the fruit was an apple was because at the time of the Bible, "apple" was the word used to describe any fruit that wasn't a berry. So it could have been any non-berry fruit. It could have been an apple... But it may have been a pear or an orange... Maybe a coconut or a nectarine. I could even have been a pineapple. But not a banana... Maybe a strawberry though...

Notes: The Serpent is sometimes seen as Lucifer, Samael, or in one case, Leviathan!!! The prophecy With Lilith is likely not referring to the Demon Lilith, but a plural species of monster/demon/animal named Lilith. Eve’s Makeup could also be a reference to the general Attitude the Bible holds towards Makeup. I believe it’s mentioned in some places like Queen Jezebel, but the one I know is in Enoch where several of the Fallen Gregori (including Azazel) teach woman the secrets of makeup.

I’m currently writing a reinterpretation/fanfic-thing of Genesis (and hopefully the rest of the Bible eventually) where the serpent was actually Lilith in disguise, as part of a plan she and Samael had devised to both teach Adam a lesson and allow Eve to realize her potential as more than just a domestic doormat.

I do Believe that Story is originally from the Alphabet of Ben Sircha, which might have been a source trying to make religion look bad. I’m not sure (my Lilith lore is a bit spotty) but in that text, God and 3 other angels fail to bring Lilith back to the garden and Adam was shown as similarly weak, leading some to believe it was more satire than canon. I’m not sure, though

In most telling, Lilith is made from the Clay along with Adam, making them equals. Since Eve was made from a rib, she is below Adam. This is a more retroactive explanation, as Genesis includes 2 Creation Stories, one where the woman is made from Clay and one where she is made from the rib. But that Lilith from Clay and Eve from Bone is generally accepted.

So... you were kinda wrong with the Adam and Eve story. It's a common misconception that God gave Adam and Eve these punishments, but it was actually their sin and corruption that gave them these punishments. P.S. Adam got something too. Before they sinned everything in Eden just grew without them doing anything, but after, they now had to work to grow their things. Weeds, birds, and all kinds of animals and conditions now attack plants.

My favorite Theory (That has NO biblical backing, I just think it’s funny) is that God wanted them to eat from the tree, but had to do some reverse psychology by making it this grand, forbidden thing. Another (Not Biblically Backed) theory is that the tree is similar to the World Tree and needed to be in Eden for one reason or another.
