She's Korean; they - along with the Japanese (and other Asians) put their surname/father's name in front of their names. So her actual first name is Graci and her family name is Kim.

When you find out what a surname is and what it has done to the name your mother gave you you will change your mind about claiming the surname is you or belongs to you. Being employed by a foreign corporation claiming to be government do you already know of the birth certificate and language frauds?
