as a bad Quinn main i feel like sidestepping is more of a core machanic on Quinn than on many others, because you have the damage and the cahse but not the survivability. Same as Vayne. You know for certain that if an enemy is close to you with no abilities, you will kill them, so all you have to do is dodge, then damage, and i feel that gives you a keen eye for sidestepping

I for one am happy to have watched this, I remember enjoying the original quinn way back on her release, and then returning to league I tried her out in various roles. However, I decided to drop the pick because I came to terms with season’s 12 meta. Now with shiv and these micro, I feel a lot more motivated to pick her up again

Quinn has extreme dmg numbers but for some reason none seems to care because not many people play her. Even in the pro League she was picked 1 time recently and stomped the lane without even trying.

The problem is that she doesn't offer much outside of damage, she has to completely crush her lane and also put another lane ahead before you start teamfighting otherwise it's a wasted pick. It's much the same reason that Fiora never sees much comp play even when she's strong.

You forgot to mention vault interaction with certain abilities that normally cant be cancelled mid-animation like garen's Q. If quinn uses e when abilities like garen's Q or camille's Q are in animation, they are cancelled. Also, the frame vault hits the enemy champion, they face backwards, meaning if timed perfectly, vaulting a yone when he's casting ult can make him ult backwards, same with cass r, etc.

I know gwen mains tend to be omegabiased about their champ, just like kata riven etc players who wouldnt agree that champ is op even when winrate is about 54%. gwen is autowin against tanks, decent picks against most bruisers. Shes probably only bad against akshan and riven.

Me too, it worked pretty good with Youmuu's blade when it was duper broken too. It was an insane combo for roaming with Youmuu's MS and Statik wave clear. It reminded me to the old adc item path, back in season 3 and 4, when Yoummu's gave AS with its active, and most of adc's rushed that item and old Statik. Fun times :)

i really want a quinn rework tbh, there's obviously other champs in more dire need (skarner, who's currently getting one and shyvana) but I want quinn to be more fun i guess. Would be nice if she moved to an adc rather than top laner or just had a more interesting kit. When I look back at her patch history I genuinely just wonder why they removed the tag team stuff. It looked way more interesting and added more of an identity to valor lmao.
