Get a solution from within yourselves as GenZs and avoid people you just saw and they sold a story to you. Now Wanjigi as a savior? No wonder you haven't been able to sell the idea to the older generation that have the understanding of the history of Kenya and know these people from Moi, Mutula Kilonzo days and not just now that you are hearing from them for the first time. Get brilliant young minds, come up with a great plan and avoid these people at all costs as young people. Fought hard in the first kenya government as a director of settlement...helped many poor families get land...later became mp kamukunji...and helped in creating gikomba, kamukunji markets for the poor masses... He got very bitter when muoroto was destroyed..he bitterly castigated the govnt..for it...and thus his political career ended... He also got in to business and created a lot of them....if jimmy is created by his father...then he feels it in his bones to do good for the less fortunate...he may articulate the dreams of his father....and the poor could reap some benefit .... Yes, he was all this and more. Yet when the chance to develop a collective vision that would make the economy and related resources accessible to ALL Kenyans presented itself, these are the people who helped betray the Kenya idyll by tribalising, marginalizing others, especially Nyanza, Coast and North Eastern, living large, using our resources to build legacy wealth and restricting opportunities for non-GEMA Kenyans. It is good that Jimmy seems to have found some light on the road to Damascus, but the deep wounds of our national story need to also be aired first or we shall fall into a trap. Annoint Jimmy because we are impressed that he is speaking what we wish to hear, but then find out he is a Kibaki, a man given the chance to change the story of Kenya found that he could not transcend his ethno-village mindset. Kenya's original sin that has allowed the corruption to fester was planted by the cabal that included Jimmy's late father (may he rest in peace, though). We will not move forward unless this is also addressed head-on. To be frank, it would be important for Kenya to secure a leader from a community that has not been a president before. We need this to break the terrible spell that dissolves our dreams.

He doesn't guess; he articulates what is obvious to many of us who aspire to see a grand redemption in our political and economic landscape. Kenyans of goodwill must stand up and be counted. Congratulations to Gen-Z for initiating a movement that will transform our political environment. If we had ten individuals like Jimmy in Kenya-and I believe we do-they must speak out with facts, numbers, and unwavering resolve.

@mlriamgatoru30973 ай бұрын
Very good question. Kenyans need to stop taking money from them during elections. It has to start from us. Then their salary should be standard therefore not too attractive to attract wealth minded people etc...bring Jimmy back and interview him secretly and keep releasing his doses. We need him to educate us Kenyans
@lt.commanderdata3 ай бұрын
He answered it in Spice FM. Check it out. For him he calls debt that did NOT benefit Kenyans as illegal debt. That debt he call odious debt and says that Kenyans should not pay for debt that was acquired illegally against our laws. In short, as a president he would either purposefully default on the debt or he may choose to continue paying the debt on condition that Kenya recoups the assets from those who benefited.
@wakiliofisini87003 ай бұрын
I agree. Lyn, please bring him back to answer the questions above and also the following: 1. Corruption this has almost become a cancer in our country. This monster must die, ask him how it can be killed and restore what has been stolen by a few back into the public coffers. 2. Job creation - another elephant in the room. We have so many jobs in Kenya requiring 50 years experience. Where does a 22year old get a 50 year experience in any field or just maybe, is there a school of experience? Lyn, most of our young graduates are paid peanuts, how on earth does a qualified doctor get paid 20k or slightly above that for instance and it's made as if the payment is a favour! Creation of jobs for the youth in both white and blue colour sectors. 3. Taxes - Lyn, we are now being taxed for the air we breathe so that we are no longer able to breathe. 4. Public participation in matters public - our JKIA was sold without our notice, money keeps being changed without our notice. Lyn, we shall soon wake up to hear that Kenya has geographically been moved to an unknown continent!!! 5. Vision 2030 - Lyn, 2030 is a few years shy from now. Am afraid that the same shall turn to vision 3020..so many people are so poor to even afford a decent basic living.

Kwanza campaign... its so funny am in europe and all i saw during campaign was posters, no rallies, no vehicles making noise. The politicians go door to door to the voters and will not even talk for 5 mins, they just give you a flyer and ask that you consider voting for them. The next minute naona results on telly... i was still waiting for noisy campaigns. Its illegal to give money or try to bribe .

this is someone that i would love to work with and build a country with. I remember telling people hustler narrative is a poor mans mentality , and if someone is using it to rally you up that is someone that is arrogant, self centered , greedy, not ambitious of tomorrow only thinks of today but not clueless. In short get rich scheme for someone and the best of it is that the FUNDERS are reaping the rewards of a 3 year campaign gamble. I love how we had a government surprised that we are learned friends this days. And the fact that his family helped out in our education makes me appreciate the thought of even him thinking about leading us. Jimmy Wanjigi explained it so well that i understood how we are managed. 60% of us are those who fights for their stomachs, the 30% calls themselves "middle class", the 10% is the ruling class, but out of the 10% ruling class, 1% is actually the real ruling class, the other 9% are just followers. Man you have my VOTE and my entire family's VOTEs.

Lynn, Mr Wanjigi is absolutely phenomenal. He is taking us back to the achievements of our ancestors, the first humans on earth. We knew that there was a purpose and meaning for life on earth. The Neolithic people throughout the Nile Valley developed high culture, civilisation, philosophy, and religion to help us become Goglike on earth. We lost the art and ability to fulfill our mission because of invitation and conquest by uncultured, xenophobic, and undeveloped people who did not understand us. Its time we reclaim our greatness.

Well said. I've been waiting for the last 29 years for Kenyans to start speaking the language of BLACK CONSCIOUSNESS and PAN- AFRICANISM. It's only in finding ourselves (our culture), that the scales will fall off our eyes and then we can move forward, challenge our internal as well as external oppressors, and take up our rightful place in the world.
@hogon-yalu3 ай бұрын
@@lekis5975 Absolutely, my comrades. I have been in the battle all my life. It saddens me to see how indifferent so many of our brothers and sisters are disgustingly indifferent to the unadulterated truth about what we have to do for ourselves. Waiting and going cap-in-hand to the diabolical slave master will never solve our problems. We have to rise up and take control of ourselves, our land and its resources, and our destiny. We must take control without fear, shame, and guilt. It's time to stop feeling sorry for the oppressors and what our decisive action will do to them. We do not owe them anything. Neither are we obligated to them. It is long past time when we should nationalise all our resources. We need to protect our natural environment against foreign who are scavenging the earth stealing other people's land and resources. I am grateful for the enthusiasm, courage, confidence and determination of the Gen Z's. I honour and respect the Gen Z's of Kenya. Kasmuel is my hero. Love and respect from Barbados. Long live the Gen Z's and their revolution. Hotep.
