@@gwell2118 Agreed. I think they may have been originally wild Hellborne pushed out of Pentagram City when it formed or forcibly ejected by the pentagram. Then they started eating sinners that would wonder outside of the city and made a disguise that would look like the rest of hell to give sinners a false sense of safety before they killed and ate them. I think it got the point where they were so successful with their town that they became an actual community and Cannibal sinners also looked like them so everyone now just assumes that they're sinners.

The more I'm reminded of this hierarchy, the more I start to wonder what becomes of hybrid demons, like Striker. We've seen a few in the background but you start to wonder where they place but how often do hellborn demons breed to where a hybrid is born. Knowing what we know about hell, they'll likely place based on what they look like the most; Striker may be part imp, part rattlesnake, but he pass off more as an imp. Although, I do wonder if the succubi create more hybrids amongst demons if they spread so much lust in all of Hell that the hybrid population might come from them more, along with imps if there are so many in the different parts of Hell.

Well mostly Blitz, Millie and Striker are the "exceptions" rather than the rule (and Crimson who seems to hold a LOT of power). Just as Loona is the only hellhound who questions her status as a hellhound being a pet of the lowest of the low and really despises that. We're kind of seeing the "plot armor" applied mostly to the main characters who stand out, while all the other members of the species are treated as cannon fodder or too dumb to live mostly (in Bee's party most of the hounds looked like they didn't really care about how they were treated, they just wanted treats like real dogs do and Loona even scoffs at them just blindly accepting thier fate and hurting themselves.)

Adam and his exorcist do not seem above breaking the rules of the Extermination, so odds are they may have killed a few unknown hellborns in the past that wouldn't cause an alarm. Keep in mind, Lucifer only got involve when Charlie was directly harmed so the deal on that was broken to where he couldn't get involved. Depending on the overall specifics, Exorcist might have been careful not to attack hellborns but I'm not counting on that; cause if they attacked a very important hellborn, like a Goetia, Fizz, and Vortex you know there would be uproar from the other Goetia, Asomodeaus, Mammon (before Fizz stopped working for him), and Beelzebub. Besides, hellborns are probably less likely to die in extermination days since they can go to the other rings of hell when it happens even if it is temporary.

my thoughts: the "protection" the hellborn enjoy is that extermination is restricted to the circle of pride. everyone therefore returns to safety in their circle as extermination approaches, no luck for the canibales the circle of pride is their circle of origin, and not everyone necessarily has the means to pay for the journey to the lower circles. (Which perhaps makes Rosie's protection even more important, given that Lucifer is too immersed in his depression to truly care about his circle, even outside of sinners.) seriously regarding the overstepping of the exterminators, Charlie's life had to be threatened for Lucifer to do something, and even with that it still took him a while before he could react, so let's not even talk about the hellborns from the Circle of Pride. On the angel side I'm pretty sure that a demon is a demon whether it's sinner or hellborn, and the agreement doesn't matter as long as no one really important will pay attention to it anyway.

I always believed that the envy ring was sorta pirate themed the same way the wrath ring was western themed. I thought it was an ocean, like you said. Except that it had parts of land with docks and all of that. Actually, now that i think about it, it may be possible that it's like that and that you have to travel by boat or helicopter in order to be in the envy ring. Or just by boat.

I would like to add that Crimson's 'trophies' seem to include imps, sharks, succubi, and hellhounds with clearly plenty of saurians working for him. Clearly a complete lack of candle heads and fish faces. Not to say there wouldn't be gangsters who would have them, but they certainly are not willing to work for an imp in the greed ring. And of course I would attribute the lack of hellhounds to them usually not having the freedom to pursue a life of crime. However, not all. Possibly, Crimson could have bought some, idk.

I think the cannibals are human sinners. My thought is that they most likely were from the 1930’s and were people that lived during the Great Depression who ate people out of starvation. Also we had in Vaggie’s backstory that she was going to but didn’t kill a cannibal child. If they were demon born than they should be exempt from the extermination. Also we saw in the pilot that Rosie crossed off Franklin after the extermination meaning he was most likely permanently killed by the angels and thus a sinner.

I definitely think cannibals are sinners. You also didn't talk about snake demons which to be fair we've only seen one of them, maybe two if Striker is part snake but he does seem to just be half imp and half loan shark. The results of a jellyfish like demon. But yeah other than that I definitely think the ranking of the different species of demons is interesting. All in all I really want to learn the actual evolutionary tree of hell's species.

Well, the deaths were all stretches, as Millie mostly got herself out of the situations (and Blitz wasn't even there to see half of them like the ones in episode 1 and 2, he was hurt more than Millie was as he was shot in the arm while Millie was just knocked out with a bottle and he was fighting Robo Fizz for his life and got blown out of the carnival via the explosion, Millie and Moxxie coincedently plopping next to him. I think it really was just more an easter egg/something Rolando did to take advantage of Millie yelling at Blitz and separating from him, using Blitz's memories of their previous adventures, but it seems an odd stretch to assume she'd have died in particular because Moxxie was INSIDE the fish and Millie was trying to save him and Moxxie almost got slaughtered by the twin kids and was with the family as Blitz was escaping with Millie. XD The closest Millie came to actually dying was when Striker caught her in a bear trap and she was repmianded by her parents for being weak, only for Moxxie to stand up to them, and when she was stabbed in the leg when defending Blitz from the Cherubs, both of which Blitz didn't seem aware of at all. (Not even the whole "He put her in danger, purely he had no idea she was ever even hurt period.) So that's likely why those tragedies came as a shock to him, but again...Millie survived all those herself and despite what Blitz thinks with his fragile ego, she reminded him it "wasn't his fault at all" before telling him how he helped her realize being a Wrathian doesn't mean she always has to be a ruthless killer with nothing but the dirt she walks on. Something not her fault either but she blamed herself for.

Pride is kind of the only one where the spread of the sin doesn't help Lucifer directly, but as sinners are confined to the pride ring, they ultimately make up the "Fallen humans" like him and kind of take care of themselves. For the other sins, they all benefit thier businesses from the sin they represent, even if indirectly, like Bee benefits heavily from being a Glutton of attention and positive vibes, which sounds arbitrary, BUT it does mean more people are buying her food and drink, getting wasted, feeling satisfied and then buying more to get that high again. She also sells dogs to others, another easy source of happiness as EVERYONE loves pets and thus will pay top dollar for that. Ozzie takes advantage of everyone's lust for sex and makes a killing off of sex toys and prostitution and his night clubs. Mammon uses scams to get more money cause he's greedy and also owns most of the lawyers who can protect his assets while he siphons from the gullible, Satan gets his strength from violence and wars which would make up soldiers in his ring that are willing to die with their fists balled as he sees strength as power. and Belphagor uses drugs to gain her extreme wealth by charging high prices for incurable diseases with the illusion of curing them, basically making a mint doing absolutely nothing, like a sloth would. Note she puts the least effort in her work, yet people pay TOP dollar to be cured of diseases they literally invented. Even if the waitlist is "5 years". Just like real (corrupt) hospitals. We don't know enough about Envy or Leviathan, but I'm sure it has to do with making others feel worse about themselves so they feel better, a very "Take what you can't have and make others give it up" view. but all we know about Leviathan is he may act like a surfer dude, which I read as like a Beach bum macho hollywood type rather than the chill surf's up type we usually think, and just expect everyone to worship him as the muscle and strongest and try to be like him, by attacking and belittling others.

Hard to say....They're 0-3 against the Imps. Glitz and Glam were almost whooped by Fizz and got crushed by random debris. Rolando mostly tortured Blitz but doesn't seem to have the power to inflict physical harm, something Millie took advantage of to literally "Knock him out" and after a quick beating, he kind of gave up as he was shocked to death. and the lady in the waiting room.....almost got shot and clearly had no way to defend herself. Ended up scared half to death. I Don't think they're the most powerful. Maybe wealthy, but like the IRL suburbs vs the ghetto, they wouldn't survive a MINUTE on the real streets.... BUT in general..... while Imps have the best track record and Hellhounds a close second due to Loona, we have to assume the majority of the members of thier species are probably matched by the list. and Blitz, Millie, Striker, Fizz, Crimson and Loona are all strict exceptions (MAYBE Vortex but we never see him fight, but he does seem to be the one Bee leans on for social advice as she apologizes to him when she speaks out of line.)

Yeah, the hellhounds actually point heavily to Loona's character as she openly resents Hellhounds being treated as "pets to the servants". It's never bluntly stated due to Loona's very introverted personality, but you see many hints of how she's almost ashamed of her species being treated so low and primarily why I think she hates Bee so much for facilitating that. Bee likely believes that she's doing the hellhounds a favor putting them up for adoption and giving them a chance at a better life so they are happy, thier owners are happy and therefore she gets all that positive energy to make more Beelzejuice, but Loona sees through it, as unlike the other hounds at the adoption center who seem too ... autistic... or not mature enough to fight back, Loona was in and out of there most of her life and was nearly an adult when she was adopted again and her reaction when Blitz does adopt her can be interpreted as "I was SO close......and you managed to sell me to this guy...." In fact, I think the only reason Loona doesn't just "run away" despite being grown is for the same reason Alastor, Angel, and Husk can't. due to the adoption, she's almost "Chained" to Blitz and is unable to leave him. It is fortunate Blitz treats her extremely well though given former owners likely abused her heavily, but she still resents the fact that she's "owned" by him, and Bee having signed the paper reflects her anger directed to her. Plus in the moments before Bee and Loona fight, Loona interprets what Bee said as "He's f8cking up my party and YOU'RE responsible for him, so help him out or get him out." and Loona was like "Why am *I* his responsiblity? Cause YOU sold me to him like a slave!?" which is why despite Bee's transformation, she was still willing to fight. There's also the fact that no matter how much love Blitz shows to her, she refuses to all Blitz "Dad". Not because she doesn't like him, she admits she does, but because he "legally owns her" and she resents that with every fiber of her being. It's unclear what would happen if she were to move out, but he does provide a comfortable life for her and she doesn't particularly want to leave to the unknown, but after seeing her half asleep burning Owl statues for him, the way she said "YOU don't order me around, Grandma" implying that she ONLY listens to Blitz because he EARNED her respect, etc, her story is ultimately told through the context clues of her nature and reaction to things. She's extremely intelligent, very well learned and very capable of doing a lot of high level things, but prejudices against Hellhounds are worse than the ghetto and she knows she can't move up even if she wanted to, so she silently lashes out against the world, but ultimately she feels Bee is responsible for the reputation hellhounds have since she has the power to fix things, but even Bee herself is very condescending to them, treating them like pets and she seemed unusually cautious around Loona in particular because she knew Loona wasn't like most Hellhounds. (Example: Opening with "Aww what a cute little puppy!" "Is something funny...?" | "You're my favorite person!! (in response to Loona calling her hot sarcastically). "Am I though?" "YEAH! B8TCH!" *sees Loona glancing away in disbelief* "No REALLY! It's like when I saw Satan without his shirt on. I was so aroused by him but he's like my brother but.... I don't really care." *Loona nods as if saying "That's not what I meant at all, but.... I'm holding my tongue. You really ARE clueless aren't you...."* I guess until we get another episode with Bee, we won't really know for sure, but I can't help but think a lot of Loona's story is about her being mistreated, just as Vortex admitted he doesn't really care about the feud but is just forced to do it, like when he was singing with Verosika. He was probably disappointed in Blitz, but he also clearly looked like he was forced to sing along as it's not his nature to insult others.

Perhaps, from the headcanon point of view, the cannibal colony originates from the Great Famine in the Nordic countries in 1866-1869. This is the fourth of the big European post-antique famines with the Great Famines of 1695-1697, 1521-1523 and 1315-1317 (and I know there were big famines in Ireland too and in the 16th century there was a Pan-European famine but these were smaller). Because people ran out of food, crops stopped growing, animals stopped producing and the game disappeared, the living began to eat children, the sick and the dead, which increased the death rate even more. And the Great Famine of 1866-1869 left such a big transgenerational trauma and shock that it can still be seen today. The next Great Famine is predicted for the end of the 2030s or 2060s, but there is still plenty of time before that, and this time the Nordic countries have prepared for it to come. But take this headcanon just as a theory.

I think a large part of it is lore can change based on fan feedback and personal views changing over time. She probably doesn't want to reveal too much because she MIGHT be committed to a rough draft that she's still sorting out and getting internal feedback on. It's easy to forget she's a regular story writer like all of us and the tough part of being a writer (for pay) is ensuring customers are happy while the story fits the basis of what she's going for. There's evidence she has altered the scripts for some episodes a few times because of feedback, so even though the base story is set in stone, how it all comes about may change when she starts animating and writing the episodes.

What if the cannibal sinners look the same b/c they made a deal w/Rosie. Most souls that sold themselves to overlords somewhat look like them. They could also be sinners. as we have seen many sinners in Hboss despite being the main focus of Hazbin Hotel. Even though the two shows can't necessarily cross over, that's mostly the main characters can't. but the world is the same and reference are the same. I think some of the more exotic species would likely just be sinners. YES they did say Sinners are meant to be confined to the Pride ring, but seeing an Angel Dust poster in lust heavily implies that that's less a physical restraint and more a legal one. Especially since the reason why is the fear that Sinners will mess up the other rings. I feel that those who got special permission would probably be allowed, and seeing how Greed (where they're usually seen) is kind of a dumpster, it wouldn't surprise me if some sinners went there anyway. I kind of take the hard rule with a grain of salt. Like a "Technically you can't leave the country, but nothing's stopping you from just walking across the border beyond border control"

They're immortal, while hellborns are not. That's simply why. No matter how much they die, they will either end up in Heaven or back in hell. So there's no consequence for their actions. Whereas it's HEAVILY implied but not confirmed that hellborns die permanently..... I say not confirmed because...there's something odd about the way death is treated in Hboss. Chaz was clearly killed with his mouth ripped out, yet we still keep getting merch of him and seeing modern takes of him that clearly would've happened AFTER the events of the show. and the way Blitz treats his mother dying feels so personal, it almost hints that her soul ascended to heaven in some way, similarly to Moxxie's mom. and when we DO see the damage Millie suffers in her fights, she always makes a full recovery, and they treat killing each other like a blood sport, but even then Millie was BANNED from participating cause she "Kills too much". So it seems odd they'd have morals about killing for it to be weighed so heavily. We really can't confirm what REALLY happens to them when they die because even they don't seem to know in universe.

I think Baphos have issues with lookism/colorism and nepotism. There are different types of Baphos, and it looks like the larger and rougher ones are pushed to other places. So it's like light-skinned or "passing" people having more opportunities. Softer Baphos have more of a place in Sloth, others do more rough work. Also, it's just one instance, but I am 1001% convinced that illiterate squid nurse is Dr. Soma's daughter or granddaughter. They have the same nuclear neon My Little Care Bear Pony color pallet, and she is, well, illiterate and incompetent, but still has a very cushy job. So either his wife or child-in-law is a cephalopodic Envian, and he wrangled a good job for his openly idiotic kin. Still hot, still like her. But she's a classic nepobaby.

What i was thinking, but the Hellavers will be not so deep, is should the Fallen Angels not a class by them self? What i mean is a imp is not angelic its simply a demon, and the sinners a demons but they don't get called like that primarily, they are sinners. So should it not be the same with the Fallen Angels. And i know Seven sins, Ars Goetia but (i'm not complet sure) in some text i heard by Lucifer's fall he take 1/3 of the Angels with him. That would fit with the other sins and the Goetia, but that a more or less 80 Fallen Angels so there should be more. Highly possible that this is never fact in the Hellavers, but think about should they not be there, like. 1 Lucifer 2 Charlie & Lilith 3 the Seven Sins 4 Ars Goetia 5 The Fallen Angels 6 the Overlords 7 Sinners 8 Demons 9 Imps & Hellhounds ✌️🐰
