Q/A Do you think that it would be okay for a 12 year old to do long sessions and train like a pro, or what age do you think footballers should start taking it seriously?
@stormpowers26192 жыл бұрын
its good for you to train like a pro but not for as long immediately. Because most of the time your body has to adapt to it, they have been playing at a high level for a long time. The longer your sessions are doesn't matter they just need to be quality and high intensity the whole time.
