I think it's on the other way around. Seele need to kill enemies which is not easy even impossible to do especially when in boss fight, while FUA the worst you can get is Herta, C4 QQ, and Yanqing (arguably also Ratio) chance based FUA or very situational like Himeko (breaking the enemies toughness) .

I wouldn't call it meta given how much investment you need to make it feel good. A normal hyper carry Ratio absolutely mops the floor with this comp if you're trying to run E0S0 Topaz + E0S0 Aventurine on it. E0S1 Ratio, Tinyun, Pela, E0 Huo Huo is all he needs. So it's more of a fun comp that simply work because you've spent so much money on it.

Just sharing my two cents here. I feel like Robin is not "that" good of an investment for the current single target FUA team especially for F2P or low spenders. I have the complete IPC team, but Don't have Topaz's lightcone nor her E1. I have Aventurine and his lightcone which also provides a debuff. In my account, having EOSO Topaz, Silver wolf offered more value in my team than Robin. I feel like Robin would be the best in slot buffer of a future FUA team, for Jade I guess, assuming she's FUA since she's a Stoneheart. Might try my luck with Topaz's lightcone for now since I already lost on her first banner (got Yanqing's). But yeah, without Silverwolf I'm barely getting 5-6 debuffs to sustian Ratio. Edit: People, I'm not saying she's not great, I pulled for her because I know she's great and she's amazing and beautiful. It's just that for my current team alone, a Debuff (Silverwolf, or Pela) can offer me more value than her. Don't worry, she will not be wasted, I have other teams that can be benefited by her buffs.

Robin's ult additional damage is just that good (mine dealing 20k-35k depending on team and enemy per proc) so the more you attack (in which FuA is the best) the better. Also robin's ult can be reuse after it ends with the right setups (E.R. ropes and lightcone) and enough attacks from her teammates in which FuA teams excels.

In summary, you should view robin as dps harmony. If you manage to land 15 attacks while on concerto she will deal around 450k dmg (in my case 30k per hit) while refunding 113 energy.

Even tho you lost some debuffs on enemies for Ratio passive, Robin buffs more than make UP for It, massive 1K ATK, 1 turn and 45% CritDMG is huge. You also just need 3 debuffs on enemies to garantee Ratio FuA anyway, so yeah, i think Robin it's pretty good in this team.
