I disagree on Welt, because while he's made as a jack of all trades, he can be tuned to suit some teams ABSURDLY well and there's some tricks you can pull with him. I run him as the enabler of Ratio's CHALK attacks and in some fights, you can hold on to his ult and activate it as the boss first attack goes through. If the boss isn't imprison immune or dodges the effect, you negate its second turn and completly wreck its future turn orders. There are many fights where HE was the MVP for newbie me, especially the Deer and Bug Bosses.

Remembrance blessing increases effect hit rate to a astronomical amount letting welt to perma imprison anything to cheese the mode. Unlike other ice dps when dealing with ice resistant boss, welt can save your run

@@maxxheidrich2842 yeah, but that kinda defeats the purpose, if you could intentionally give the enemies more attacks per cycle that makes clara stronger. If you slow your own team down you are just getting fewer hits per cycle which is already the problem with clara in the meta since most end game modes are cycle based.

i built a full counter team clara - followup counter march 7th - increase aggro, followup counter aventurine - Full team sustain, increase crit dmg taken by enemy, followup counter topaz - Increase follow up attack taken by enemy, numby counter so every cycle is like this >enemy aoe attack >clara counter >march 7th counter >aventurine counter >numby counter

@@artemsheen8064 March is not useless. She has incredible synergy with Clara, and her use of follow up attacks puts her in a good spot to be used with Aventurine, because his follow up builds off of allies doing follow up attacks.

@@artemsheen8064doesn't march actually have very good synergy with aventurine?? He gives all allies a shield and march fua's when a shield is hit. And aventurine has stacks increasing with attacks on shield + fuas, so it makes march always fua, up to 3 times per turn (at e4) and in best case scenarios (everyone AOE gets hit) that means in one enemy attack, he would gain 7+ stacks at once: 3 stacks for the allies hit, 2 stacks for aventurine getting hit, 1 stack from Clara's fua, 1 stack from march's fua, numby fua from all the fuas. And it seems like a very useable team, of course at the disadvantages of march and Clara, as shown in this video.

I've been using a Clara + Aventurine team, having her take hits and throw damage back out, but staying alive due to Aventurine's meaty shields. Having Himeko on the team is nice as well to do some good follow-up damage once Clara breaks shields

Clara was my first 5* and carried me through the story, SU, and still carries me through PF and MoC. Clara, Yukong, Tingyun, HuoHuo on one side, Ratio, Topaz, Ruan Mei (Robin once i get her, likely moving Ruan Mei in place of Yukong), and Aventurine for the other. Combining the two teams (Ratio, Topaz, Clara, Aventurine) is a really fun, effective, and versatile team i use for story and SU stuff now

Personally ive found she works quite well with Aven (depending on the enemies) I place them next to each other, and as long as the enemies have a blast attack of sorts, they just absolutely demolish things From the looks of it tho quite a few enemies have gotten aoe/blast/bounce attacks now, which is pretty nice She makes for a decent sub dps, and i believe their will be more areas for her to shine in the future

Clara has transitioned really well to the modern meta with Pure Fiction and its FUA buffs as well as a plethora of enemies. Even if enemies are defeated or cced, new enemies are constantly being spawned in which also means a constant flow of attackers for Clara to counter. Physical is also a common weakness in at least one half of PF4. Clara and Himeko make PF a breeze, and if you have a built Clara you should be capable of enjoying an easy PF whenever follow up buffs are in rotation.

I'm a devoted E3S1 Clara loyalist, despite her only being my 3rd standard 5 star I received. I have so much fun with her that I pulled for all the follow-up characters you can think of just to make her even more powerful. By extension this makes me a follow-up main too, so I dabble in other similar teams but they pretty much always include her. One day, my Clara will slay countless godlike beings and she won't even lift a finger to do it! All hail the Blood Rabbit!

I overlooked Star Rail at first because I dismissed it as just another anime game. My friend showed me Svarog, and I was such a fan of his design that I agreed to play, but only if I would have Clara off rip. I bought my account for $9, which had just cleared the tutorial and rolled Clara on the beginner banner. I have since played over 1000 hours, and Clara remains one of my strongest units. Mine is E3S3 (by sheer chance, never tried to pull for her specifically or anything) and is the only unit I have that can sometimes outperform my E2S1 Acheron. No matter how crazy the new DPS units are, Clara continues to have a niche, and she really kills it.

I am a Clara main and I discovered that breaking enemies before they can attack her kinda makes her dps drop. She is a slow defensive bruiser and so all of her allies need to buff her asap before the enemy attacks. Huohuo and Tingyun are her stapel buffers in my team because of their speed and they abillity to generate energy fast for Clara. However, she is missing atm is a niche support character that is just a brute FuA dmg booster, someone that only focuses of boosting FuA dmg or enhancing the buffs she already has. Or a crazy character that give Clara a taunt buff (not an agrro increase), more like the abillity "Misdirection" from the WoW hunter class but like forcing a taunt on all enemies and redirect that all to attack Clara. Or both... As far as I am concerned, as the game starts to progress more and more. I think that Clara will be reaching E6 with time and once she reaches that stage she will make a comeback. But untill now, she is missing a niche character that boosts FuA dmg. I do think however, that as of right now, if you wanna input another support character that it had to be a character that doesn't break weaknesses easy.

Robin probably fits that bill, actually. She gives attack buffs and an additional crit on top of Clara's own damage that doesn't reduce toughness, like how Benediction gives an additional hit.

Sparkles is crazy with her too. She lets u spam skill for more energy for more dmg and ult uptime . She boosts damage even for the follow up as it lasts until claras next turn. Sparkles also is commonly ran with atk boots dps because she was her dps slow. Clara being slow is no problem

Honestly I'll never forget how hard Clara carried me through the mid game. I've since gained multiple Eidelons for her, and she still finds her way into team comps at times. (Despite mostly using the nihility trio). I'm actually pulling for Topaz & Numby since I have well invested Himeko & Herta, and well Clara. Hoping the IPC can support a character that helped me loads in the past.

I close to never use clara anymore but she will always be my goat. Im a week 1 player and got my first moc 10 3 star clear in the first half of 1.3 thanks to clara that desided to show up the same version. I didn't get luocha or blade, and hadn't got Gepard or Baliu so my account had the damage to clear moc, the problem was that I had to balance Fire TB, March, Nat (and welt) in two teams. But Clara kinda solved that problem as her bulk and march taunt had a good synergy that managed to keep the rest of the team alive after som attempts. Anyway my love goes to Clara, the goat

Dude, I use her all the time. In fact, I've been slowly building the pieces of a follow-up attack team just for her, including Topaz and Numby, Adventurine, Himeko, Dr. Ratio, etc... When it works just right, Svaro- I mean Clara slaps and slaps hard. One of the most fun teams in the game.

My first 5*, first E1 and first 5* LC, the game basically told me that Clara is my main and now I eat well. I tried many teams against MoC 12 Adventurine, turns out Clara could have done the job in the first place. She's also great for Pure Fiction. Once I counted Clara doing 16 actions in a single Pure Fiction cycle with Bronya and Sparkle, I don't even know what's going to happen when I add Robin to the team.

Honestly she just...works for me somehow, maybe cause I'm not insane enough to try for speed rolls on everything so my teams often rely on follow-ups or counters (Blade or Kafka/Black Swan) so someone like Clara becomes a god. Thanks to Tingyun, Houhou Topaz, her counters are almost always enhanced and hit like a TRUCK. I love her.

I still use Clara as the tank stand in (but built damage). If she started the fight with ult charged, she and svarog very competently kept heat off the two squishies while having self cleanse and just enough hp to actually tank, which meant Bailu also had a permanent spot in the team. That all changed when the Acheron nation attacked. But that actually just meant I had two team frames I can switch between whenever one got stale. So, she's still good in my books.

Been a clara main since i got her as my first 5 star. She is currently E2 soon to be E3. I am aiming for E6. She is the one character I can always rely on. I have a free spot on my team ? Clara. I need to beat sim universe ? Clara. I need high physical damage ? Sishang Clara comp. She is also so comfy because of how hard she is to kill. I can head into new content without fear thanks to her knowing that she will carry me. Also people sleep 9n the cleanse trace it comes in clutch so often. She can also solo a lot of content with her LC.

I also think Clara is one of the better picks you can get from the standart banner. I want to say almost everyone on there is usable but clara stands out as being stil relevant compared to most. Only bronya and himeko have some relevance aside from her. Bailu and gepard only if you lack a better sustainer but I still reccomend natasha or lynx over bailu because of cleanse.

As much as I like Clara’s gameplay, it is a bit counterproductive in a sense where you want her opponents to attack her which you have to rely on RNG which is inconsistent, another thing is breaking weakness is not good for her either cause it delays enemy actions and you want to them to attack as much as possible so she can counterattack and any CC effects would just hinder her dps output (and that goes for both sides)

One thing I remember when Topaz released is that, even if they have synergy, it was hard to find enemies with both of those weaknesses, which most of the time would mean that it was not worth to bring the two together I don't know if that's still the case, but I do remember people saying that at the time

As a clara/svarog stan (fbi its a safe search) i've been using her since i got her and i only bench her in events since they're too specific...if you don't have sustain...just put Clara at yhe end of the team and put lynx next to her and boom...you have a huohuo//aventurine on your team... And the fact that you don't need to give her speed or buff her directly proves her worth. . And her E6 is one of the best E6's in the game... imagine clara counter having a an ult like state almost the whole fight... besides her havung the most acceptable eidolons in the game...

Ngl, e1s1 Clara and Robin are a good team. Especially when you add in Acheron(with Welts lightcone) or a lightning dmg god Jing Yuan.

Quick tip from someone who uses Clara more than any other character, if you need to have a preservation or second destruction on the team, place them next to Clara, with them in the 4th slot and Clara in 3rd, or 1st slot, with Clara in second. This allows you to abuse both character's high taunt values to draw attacks away from the more fragile supports, focus more attacks to Clara and increase the rate of Clara's follow ups, reducing the luck factor in her kit even further, with or without a taunt increase character. Additionally, Robin does work with Clara as a hypercarry, but requires you to be very intentional with the timing of your ultimates, as popping Clara's ultimate, then killing everything with her skill or teammates, massively reduces her output.

i have spent jades on the standard banner to get clara guaranteed at 300 pulls, 30k jades to be exact, i regret nothing, she is simply amazing, only problems i can see with her is that putting another destruction character in the team messes with clara because the other character will pull enemy aggro to them. clara is a amazing character, people dont consider her meta cuz meta players cant look at anything but big numbers. reject the meta, clear simulated universe with solo clara.

I just love how clara, as a 1.0 character doesnt have crazy damage dealing internal buff like the other destruction after her, oh blade also suffers for this. In theory multiplier buff is better than stat buff, but the raw difference in number is just making it cannot compete. Also with clara being locked out of action forward buff (other than funny E1 hypercarry skill spam) it is rather hard for her to compete with other damage dealer. Both her and blade are the only true embodiment of destruction character and we should be glad that pvp doesnt exist in this game

I wish for a new gameplay where a mechanic advances forward enemies and taunt them for them to trigger a counter mechanic! I wish HYV implements this after what they have done for FUA teams!

What I like about clara is that she and welt at the moment are the only standard 5 stars (except maybe himeko) that havent been powercrept yet by limited 5 stars because they have their own niche. They may not be the most powerful or meta relevant characters but they still get the job done when used right which makes them feel a lot better compared to characters like bailu and yanqing who sadly dont have a relevant spot anywehere in the current game

@@TMgomi it makes it so you don’t *need* Tinygun for her energy as much, and you don’t have to worry about agro chance since she’ll still counter half the time allies are attacked and of course still always when she is. The extra charge on ult helps with energy too, keeping her in the state longer. It’s just huge. I’m super grateful it dropped in my lap.

I feel like Robin will be a pretty big boost to Clara... the action advance on her ult isn't that useful for clara, but everything in her kit is. Also since she's Physical it sets her up for some good Planetary rendevous synergy.

Not I. I have a e3 Clara so shes been my phys dps since launch. Super good and her dmg is good. Mine is 3100 atk, 66 crit rate and 133 crit dmg.

i lost my 50/50 on seeles first banner to clara, shes cleared all content in the game. i use her every moc regardless of weakness. she cleared my golden gears and swarm difficulty 5x she doesnt need topaz or extra aggro outside of her ult with tingyun. shes crazy

I will not stand for the Aventurine erasure. He is an amazing party shielder and synergizes well with Clara (increasing crit damage on a single target with ult, stacking with follow up attacks for AoE follow up) I play Ave, Clara, Topaz and Ratio and they have gotten me fartherin G&G than any team before. And my Ave isn#t even fully built yet.
