I’ve been with the same GM dealership in sales for nearly 20 years and wouldn’t have it any other way! I recently purchased a 1927 Buick and it’s so cool to see the innovation, even for 1927, that GM has over the competition! Go GM....GO!

When I was a little kid in the 50s, that dome at the GM Tech Center was an auditorium. I got to see two or three movies in there, although it was so long ago I don't remember what the films were about.

The Buick Avenir was designed by Mike Simcoe who would replace Ed Welburn in 2016 and originally lead designer for Holden including the new Monaro (Pontiac GTO)

This is cool. I'm 21 and I love cars. I always wanted to design a new car but this history lesson is amazing

I strongly disagree with the woman that says "more and more tech". Over the years I have come to regard tech as just so much excess complexity and expense, not to mention crap to break. Give me a modern day Model T! I don't need 13 CPUs to go down the road.

al fresco And I think that brings a lot of distraction during the driving experience that I think is dangerous. Imagine apps in the dashboard?

Why are the concept cars hardtops, but if they go into production they become pillared sedans????

I think it is a bad thing that the Cruze, Malibu and Impala look like small, medium and large of the same car. All the fronts look the same on Chevrolets. They don't have the same styling cues they just look the same...

This looks like a people relationships video. What about the design issues and quality controls?
