Chris Martin is So Totally Cool!!!... i had a 1966 OOO 18, and now a D28 Custom 2014... i Absolutely Love the D28 Custom... every time I pick it up, its Pure Magic!!! Went to Nazareth back in 2007... Im 68, and a Forever Fan of Martin Guitars!! Great video!!

I bought a Martin Custom from a shop in Nashville. Right off the bat it cracked. I think they used wood that had not properly been dried (too Fresh). I've been a woodworker for 50 years. Martin let me know that they don't back that failure. I still play it, but I bought a Taylor because they back their product. I have toured both Taylor and Martin at their factories. Burlington Bill busking on the road and here on you tube.

Martin guitars quality control has gone out the window. I paid over $2000 for my acoustic and the binding is already coming off!

Martin guitar is one of America's greatest success stories. I have a few bones to pick with cf martin. There are a few reasonably priced great instruments that they make,like the mahogany 15 series,and the ceo series. The rest are exstreamly overpriced and other builders are making exceptionaly superior guitars at a much more reasonable value.

My relationship with martin is love hate. I love my 2015 000 Honduran mahogany instrument,but can not stand my oo 28 modern delux .
