3 of the 11 major Wizarding Schools are not revealed.Specularion is they maybe from India, China and the Middle East (Egypt,Mesopotamia, Persia)

If u go to harrypotterfanon fandom there some fanmade schools but they all sound interesting. One in China dates back to 1600 BC and another in Egypt but greek speaking has the *REAL* Library of Alexandria that was saved and a fake was burned.

This video is great. So much information. I wondered about the school in Uganda. How do they notify muggle bornes? If they dream of a wizarding school and get a token, nobody will believe it's real and they wouldn't understand the meaning of the token.

So, I wonder if there isn't a school per country... what would happen to a muggle-born who grew up in the Netherlands (for example) and is therefore not fluent in French? Does this person also have to go to Beauxbaton without understanding the language? Their parents wouldn't be able to teach them at home, so I am not sure how this would work?

As a Harry Potter fan, If I were JK Rowling I would create a new magical school. This new school would be located and built deep in the middle of the Bavarian Alps (magically enchanted to be invisible to Muggles) with the help of those from Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, Durmstrang, and Ilvermorny. I would call this school *Waltzburg College of Fine Magic.* This new school would open in the 21st century (let's say early 2000s), thereby making it the newest magical school. Waltzburg (like Hogwarts) would be accepting of all magical beings regardless of their blood status and would teach Defense Against the Dark Arts (and NOT the Dark Arts). Waltzburg would accept magical students from Central Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Switzerland). The coat of arms of Waltzburg would be a black eagle. The architecture of Waltzburg would be similar to that of Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria. How big would Waltzburg be, let's just say it would be large enough to house the entire wizarding population of Central Europe between the ages of 11 and 19.

Magic in the Wizarding World tends to use either dead or infrequently used languages for the spells to prevent them going off on accident. You wouldn't want to randomly say 'whatever floats your boat' and then either make random objects float about you or create a boat and have it land on you. In Europe Latin is the main language of choice for magic, and in eastern Asia it's old Chinese.

It's weird that JK didn't create a school for India. HP has a huge fanbase here and there's a long history of indian schools/universities and monasteries going back thousands of years.
