13:16 Well, this IS actually a deck played by the main antagonist(s) of Zexal. The Umbral Horrors are Vector's (the main antagonist) strategy, and Number 104 is his boss monster (Number C104 is called "Umbral Horror Masquerade"), but he also plays Number 43 and C43. Number 65 and 96 are played by the secondary antagonist (who is actually a shard of the real big bad evil god), Dark Mist (yes, he plays himself as a card). But then at the end they merge together, so their cards are made to (kinda) synergize in this weird Fiend Rank 2 pile.

Funny thing is that Vylon deck has zero non-tuner maindeck Vylons, so to get to Omega you have to summon Alpha, Delta or Sigma and then get really specific tuner levels on board too.

I noticed that instantly. The only reason Tetra and Sphere even took up deck spaces instead of Vylon non-tuners was so Omega could be made without Vylon non-tuners...which just meant the cope combo was even less consistent and made the deck's Soul Charge payoffs and Rank 4 access worse with no benefit.

Whoever built cimo's deck in this match (and cimo himself) most likely overlooked the fact that vylon omega need a vylon NON-TUNER monster as one of its synchro material. So the only possible way he can summon it in this game was by summoning vylon synchro monster first, then ranked it up with 2 other tuner (that at least one of the tuner has to be a lvl 1, and both tuner cant be a lvl 3 and above since the vylon synchro is monster lowest lvl is 7)

I loved MBT’s number deck. I had something kind of similar back in High School with a Number Heraldic Deck. Number Wall, Chaos 69 was solid. They couldn’t attack, they couldn’t destroy, and with the field spell, they couldn’t target. So I just had a 4000 point beat stick just clobbering everything. Had quick chaos and several targets to dodge destruction effects. Plus 58 Burner Visor allowed my numbers to attack directly. It was honestly a very fun deck and I miss it being good. Well, in a relative sense. The matchups at school were, Blackwings, Uptopia, Pendulum Magicians, Gravekeepers, Blue Eyes, A Bakura /Marik deck, a really bad stall burn deck, the ABC deck, Ancient Gears, Geargia-karakuri, battlin boxers, BA (he eventually went to Kozmo, and eventually Lunalights) and a hero player. So we had a ton of work. I was the second best in the group. My senior year after having Heraldic since middle school, the Dino structure deck came out. I haven’t looked back since.

Play umbral horrors please! They are actually good on jank standards. It's my favorite HAT format deck. The resource loops it can make with king of the feral imps and masked chameleon as well as kagetokage are great. And secret sect druid dru helps you just make rank 4 every turn. With 101 legal the deck becomes actually decent. It can even run rank magic quick xhaos for some fun c39 and c101 plays. The deck only uses umbral horror unform and ghiul though so it's not really that much umbral horror. Just rank 4 spam
