for those wondering, the paragon limit is 76 (without multiplayer or jeraldo (how do u spell that)) but the apex plasma master (dart monkey paragon) can go to 79 IF you have the 'master double cross' monkey knowledge point, allowing you to get an extra crossbow master for a higher paragon level, hope this helps

I just finished a r400 run and id say it’s mainly a patience game. It took me like 5-6 hours and that was with a very anti-lag set up (mainly just the paragons and a VTSG). I had to spam some dark champions for the last 15ish rounds just to get me all the way there and those final rounds took well over an hour

Promise us that you will retry this when all 23 parogons are released and computers have improved so the game may be playable. Also at a certain point you could try selling some of the more laggy towers to try to squeeze out a few more rounds.

better pc will do nothing. Every game has a limit of performance based on its engine and programming. Btd6's limit is pretty low, that's why it lags so much even on very good pcs. Better pc could make some diffrence, but very slight and unnoticable.

PC will help, the game itself has a cap of how much it can Calculate (assets cause almost nothing) but increasing computer power could allow bloons to use more RAM and memory, so more calculations. Also the game NEEDS to be optimized more.

Absolutely mind destroying how impressive that is- when the game reaches its limit before you can is incredible. The soundtrack in this video is such 🔥too Id really love to see how far you could get on what i think is the hardest map for lategame; Midnight Mansion- due to its very tight spacing causing no VTSG, Goliath Doomship or Navarch alongside no proper farming (i think snipers being the best) it would be really interesting. my best round is 262 but i reckon 300 would be possible!

Bloons should add a secret setting that you unlock after beating round 200 which allows you to disable all attack animations to allow for a smoother game. If you didn’t have so many projectiles and animations happening you could’ve went much further

Not certain that would help tbh, rendering sprites and effects isn’t causing much lag I dont think. It should mostly be the calculations of damage and trajectory which need to happen regardless of graphics that are actually intensive and causing crashes/lag

The lag isn’t caused by the projectiles themselves but actually the damage calculations because of the hundreds of projectiles so « turning off » projectiles visuals doesn’t reduce the lag, just makes it more pleasant to look at.

A strategy you could use if you eventually decide to try this again, if you play on different devices the game will offer you options between which save file you would like to use. After every 20 rounds (or whatever seems best) you can open BTD6 on the other device and load the save file and then close it again. It creates a nice backup for just in case the game crashes or if you are trying a freeplay CHIMPS run and one random DDT makes it through

I think Ninja Kiwi was getting so concerned of the nearly infinite Bloon population dropping quickly due to bonkers freeplay strategies in the earliest versions of the game, they bumped up tthe difficulty increase a lot to protect some of the best, and now endangered bloons from harm. Edit: Also, after watching this video all the way through, I think we can conclude that there is, indeed, a killscreen in BTD6.

People, the fx slider didn't exist when mackan made the video. And it doesn't reduce lag for computers that don't have a graphics card built into the cpu, sit reduces it for phones. Neither did the sub, wizard or tack shooter paragon. There are so many comments about this. Just Look at the other comments before committing Edit: typos

let me tell you, cuz I did a run with all 3 of them. they are absolutely and a 100% a total waste of space. top path deals practically no damage, bottom path his less than useless and middle path actually deals some decent damage if it wouldnt take up so much space.

It's not over till you lose. I have devised a step by step plan to get this game back. 1. Go to the closest developed country (canda, america, Russia, etc...) 2. Hire the best criminals to rob a bank in that country. 3. Travel on foot back to your home country. (You can't use public border crossing transportation because they will find your stolen money) 4. Once you are back home, apply for NASA. If they don't let you in, bribe them. Science doesn't pay well, so they'll be desperate for the money. 5. While working there, find weaknesses in the security. 6. While completing step 5, try and push for NASA to launch another mission to the moon. 7. Sabotage and explode the rocket, causing chaos and disorganization 8. Bring back the criminals from the other country and have them break into NASA and steal one of their computers. 9. Cut contact with the criminals, move out of town, and go off the grid. 10. Enjoy Bloons TD6

Not gonna lie, you should've gotten a personal update just to fix whatever was causing the crash. Like you've spent more time in that one game than most players will spend in BTD6 (or any game for that matter) in total! And let's also not forget the actual real life money investment. Incredible work, and it feels like such a shame that so much potential has been snuffed out.

This is one of the beauties of KZbin, sometimes you click on a video having no idea it’s going to be an incredible tragedy. It’s only fitting though that the record BTD6 run ends in a crash, in this game it’s truly impossible to keep good frames past r300, and that’s with a beefy computer
