The Holiday Special 2023! Driver Playthrough! (Part 1)

It's kind of funny that after 3 years of this channel, I somehow never got around to play the original Driver! I've always leaned more towards the second game since it's a bit less primitive in it's features but that doesn't change the fact that the first one is still very enjoyable, at the end it's where the amazing driving physics originated. So join me in this special season as I go through the first Driver game!
With that I'll take the occasion to wish you all a (slightly late) Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I would pay money for a REDRIVER 1. Seriously ask Soapy what it would take. Its nice to see you play the game I know so well. The Rescue giving you trouble was peak D1

I once completed this mission on hard. That required near perfect driving, no additional felony (if it happens, start over, you won't win with those frequent spawns) and trashing those cop cars at the very end using my own car's rear. I swear, this mission chipped some years off of my lifespan, even moreso than The President's Run. And I'm not kidding there.

2 is too hard for me but I've finished countless times the first one and over 20 years this has become my fav beside three i like this one better simply because ive finished it many more times 😅

Ah yes, the good old days when chase music just wouldn't stop playing, lol. That aside, I still love this game (but not the PC version, that one is so undercooked it's not even funny).

Absolutely agree, as what they did to bandits in PC version is nothing short of offence. Death penalty worthy, I'd say.
