An IGL that have no say or impact on/over his team is unable to lead his team to continued success. Aleksib + Blade is perfect leadership duo for a team, but Aleksib is the guy. Glue. Blade may have a deep playbook, but it always goes through Biskela when it really matters. No Blade's tactics that cannot work will ever go through his filter. It's continuous debate, analytical-self-reflective loop: Mirror. Very fruitful, and when guys are in the system, it's not only about coach or IGL. Everyone reflect and hold accountability. As it always should've been.
