First of all, Puerto Rico does not need investors from the U.S. or anywhere else from around the world to invest in Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico needs to invest back to its own citizens, born and raised. We don't need New York raised population back in Puerto Rico wanting to emulate what they had in New York as a child or growing up. The economy of Puerto Rico belongs to the Pueblo not outsiders who want or are willing to sell the island to new culture or cultures. Unfortunately, corrupt politicians of Puerto Rico, including realtors, dig into the pockets of outsiders to move currency into their own forgetting about the true essence of the island. This does not impress rather it saddens.

Arbnb's coffee shops, hipster bars real estate offices', and nothing nothing at all for the real puerto ricans. One can argue well, they are letting the neighborhoods fall into ruins so someone has got to save it. But the government should implement a plan where at lease one apt or two must be for low income. Like they do here in New York i think its 1 apt per 10 must be for 70 thousand or less income.

@mindy22153 жыл бұрын
@@elia.almodovar9558 No, it is not my house, but the government could do it, since it makes the neighborhood look abandoned and ugly. Why don’t they do it in front of their houses? For sure, because their family do not let them do it, because it will make their house look awkward and ugly, even it it is good art. Then why doing it on the walls of a neighborhood? It does not matter how good an apartment or house is, art on the walls of the street lowers the value.

@@elia.almodovar9558 As I said before, why don’t they have all those murals in front of their house? Because their family or the neighborhood wouldn’t want them.
