I used to live next to a golf course. Balls would hit the house and cars. One ball crack my windshield once. Although I moved out I still have a bucket full of balls in the garage.

I find it laughable that one person thinks the ceilings are all 8ft when clearly they are not, and then the sheep follow with similar comments... if you look in the kitchen there are 2 sets of 4ft cabinets (one upper and one lower) and then the counterspace... they are at least 9.5 ft tall and then the video quite clearly shows the ceilings are uniform throughout. If I lived in vegas, and had the asking price, I'd get this home. Not everyone likes gleaming white walls, floors, furniture

Great video but you should put the price of the home you're showing like Chatkits .

Thank you for your input. However, the agent and the owner of the house doesn't want to list the price, since the price is negotiable. You need to call the agent and ask for the price. Hope this helps.

Snakes, rats, coyotes, scorpions...common in Vegas
@@xsydor26 yeah, i don't get how so many houses out there have realtors show off the indoor/outdoor living with pocketing doors, like it's without risk. when i lived in northern nv, there were mostly bugs to contend with, but nothing crazy. i'm currently in somewhat rural az, and, no one in their right mind would expose their home to nature for more than a few seconds (rodents, snakes, spiders, scorpions, centipedes, flies, toads (toxic to dogs), birds, coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, bears, etc...)

There are lot of good things in this house but with 10000+ sq feet in the era of open concept, some spaces are far too close compare to other homes available on the market. 1. keep that in mind, the price is 8 million USD 2. missing great room for family; where kitchen, eat in area and family are one big room 3. formal living is there but it isn't separated as the formal living should be separated in this price and size. 4. dining room is a separated close narrow room; not open enough. 5. main living area has fireplace off center. 6. need a new design throughout the house and need some new layouts - will cost 1-2 millions on it. 7. wastage of spaces in the hallways 8. 8 foot ceiling height for the bedroom? 9. master upstairs is okay, other bedrooms are too small. 10. investment wise, you won't able to get back 8 millions 5-10 years later out of this home. 11. dark color schemes. where most homes in this era are open and bright. 12. cozy affect isn't working for the price and comparable market.

you definitely show some beautiful homes, but the con about this channel is that you provide no information of the asking price for the properties shown and although the property shown here is not to my liking because of dark old fashioned interiors, i find it very important to know the price of each property shown

i think they could have gone to 10ft... but I like the fact that not every room has 2story cathedral ceilings - I think cathedral ceiling are such a waste of space that could be used for another room or 2 or 3... but its cheap for the builder to make and call it a premium feature...scam.

@@steverennie5787 10ft is too high, unless your rooms are huge. 9ft is perfect for most spaces.
