I vividly remember this particular episode. Ripped out my heart and soul. The deep pain David felt losing another wife. I cried so hard watching how this affected the hulk, too. The way he held her so close to him never letting go as she passed away in so much agony in his arms as he was trying to figure out what to do or how to comfort her. 😥 The Hulk was surely as loving and gentle as David. Those of us who watched this episode when it originally aired can never forget this heart wrenching story.

The best moment in this episode was the story he was telling about the man being chased to the edge of a cliff by a tiger, the parallel he was making about her life being short in the same way, and how marriage to him could be seen as the wild berry the man had before falling to another tiger below. It was the most poetic thing I’d ever heard and he established himself in that role as a true romantic.
