Really inspiring stuff. Thank you for this video as it was really interesting to dive into the mind of someone at the top of their game who has mastered the relationship and connection between love and the pragmatic side of business. It really cements the idea about surrounding yourself with people who are passionate about things they love.

This conversation is so captivating. The biggest distance: between the heart and the mind. So much food for thought. I especially liked the idea of balancing being passionate and pragmatic. Plus the business value design and being human centric can bring to small and big companies. Dankeschoen!

Congratulations on the news for your wife! Could I recommend a church and teacher in L.A.? Grace Community Church, from pastor John MacArthur. He's one of the most respected teachers of this generation, has a study bible, and taught the NT verse by verse over 40 years. I've spent a lot of time learning from them and can't recommend them enough.

The "radiating energy" thing has to do with how others perceive you, rather than you actually putting out physical energy. Anyone who's really good at faking enthusiasm and empathy can figure this out lol

With full respect to Chris and Mauro, who undoubtedly brings passion and energy accentuated by his charming Italian accent-but when it comes to being innovative and really focusing on people, Pepsi doesn't quite hit the mark. Just look at how they're always pushing products on their social media, or that whole Kendal Jenner ad fiasco. Plus, they've changed their logo six times in the last 20 years.
