I’m a guy that was depressed for ages. Let me tell you something based on experience: People are depressed because they don’t know how to handle their own lives. Manage thoughts and focus In a positive matter + the essentials of health and you’ll be able to manage life. Anti depressants is just temporary and won’t do you too much good, because you don’t treat the root of the problem which always is in your head. Tony Robbins once said that you can’t appreciate and feel negativity at the same time. Your focus is everything. Stay calm. Learn to breath deeply and learn how to stop your thoughts in their tracks when you think negatively about things. Counter, change focus and live with a purpose of your choosing. It’s all here guys... how not to be depressed. You have a choice to go on that journey and get to know yourself enough not to be depressed and hustle through the hardships, finding solutions and living a truly amazing life you might not ever were able to imagine... or you can stay depressed, find short term solutions such as anti depressants, or perhaps drugs, or perhaps food... Live consciously guys. And enjoy it while it lasts.
