Gender & Women's Studies subject is always very underrated and is considered to be of no use. In some places, this topic is considered subversive. But how to convince that the subject is very important or what can be done to develop its utility.

Thank you. I am not sure what it would take to convince people about including it. Here in the US also such programs are under threat in public universities in conservative states.
