Yeah, you might feel more fulfilled reading the book. It goes into significant more depth about WHY they like each other... And drama in the band and stuff. Yeah, all the topics just get delved into significantly deeper than they were touched upon in the movie. Unfortunately there just wasn't time to adapt the actual INTERESTING aspects of the book lmao.
