Most of us watching this are most probably cycle breakers, and if so, sending all of you love for your immense inner strength and resilience. I used to feel so much resentment for this responsibility, but I've done so much healing that I have moved into a space of gratitude and am happy to do the work. Looking forward to what happens on a global level once enough of us have healed our individual traumas and ancestral lines.

It took me 4 years working through Ancestral trauma and healing (it’s now just an ongoing awareness) to break the cycle. I wanted to do it for my child and future generations. Enough is enough! I can hold a lot more love and compassion for myself and my parents now. It was quite a bit of work!

I'll tell you, its a trip, I got pushed until my very soul broke, so, I held my heart and closed my eyes, I asked for wisdom to fix it, then I invented my own version of brain spotting, well, there where things I just started doing, the more I did the more answers came, to a point where I started feeling joy and wisdom flow, it was working, 2 days later my heart started hurting like it was tearing but I was healing so well and it felt like I was absorbing gods love while releasing trauma simultaneously, I thought to myself for a split second that I might die, then a feeling came over me, and if I was to describe this feeling in words- thank you god for fixing me, I know that you are with me now and if I die you will catch me, so write your name across my heart because here I come.. Then all of my shakras lit up and my third eye opened, basically I accidentally performed kundalini and I didn't even know what it was but it was so powerful that it felt like a ghost punched through my head and my right eye crossed in, I feel like I wall glitched reality, so its like the purist form of spirituality and I shifted into this realm, anyway, I said all that to say this.. I don't know everything but I do know this, our children are the most important thing on earth, we must forgive our parents because they may not have known that, but since we do know we are better by default, sheesh' thats all, lmao

I feel like the history of our ancestors realistically breaks down like this: 90% are the laboring class and 10% are the leisure class at the top. If you're following this channel and just statistically in general, that makes you the laboring class. Your ancestors LABORED. They were tired, undervalued, and resentful. They persisted as a matter of survival and labored some more. The importance of ancestral healing away from the secondary and tertiary issues largely boils down to accepting how put upon, beat down, objectified, and pushed humanity was for thousands of years to be little more than beasts of burden (who then crassly displaced that lack of care onto children, animals, the environment, and 'lesser' beings). Not saying any of this in a political way, just a reckoning I've felt in processing my own ancestral stuff and wanting this aspect to be addressed directly (so I might as well say it myself b/c I'm not the only one).

With practice, we can see that our wounded child is not only us. Our wounded child may represent several generations. Our mother may have suffered throughout her life. Our father may have suffered. Perhaps our parents weren’t able to look after the wounded child in themselves. So when we’re embracing the wounded child in us, we are embracing all the wounded children in our past generations. This practice is not a practice for ourselves alone, but for numberless generations of ancestors and descendants. ~ Thich Nhat Hanh ~

@@LilithsCosmicLoungehealing work is done by accpeting things in ur family that bothers u until it doesnt. It may take day or sevreral days depending on that person. More empathetic u are faster u heal but u feel the pain deeper too. If not it will be slower and less painful. U may not feel it. It may even be healing u in ur routine life as well. It purely depends on that persons ancestry or karmic memories. There are plenty of abuse cases that happen years and years. And they finally heal. Its all time and ur presence of mind to what exaclty is bothering u especially things that come from closest family. Bcos closest family members have the most similar ancestry and karmic memories that u and they need to heal from. Daily mediation and prayer with consistency will reduce karma and increase healing tremendously.

”Before coming into this physical life, your Awareness was not as limited as it is now, in your physical incarnation. You observed and were aware of all of the ancestral lines you would potentially be assuming as a result of coming to the specific parents that you were considering incarnating through. From this vantage point, you observed the Consciousness of your family on both your mother and father’s side. As well as the expansion path of those specific family lines. You were looking to choose into family lines that would be a match to your own intention for this life and at the same time for family lines whose own expansion path would be benefitted by you incarnating into them. Each new generation that is born, is the expansion path for the family line that stretches back throughout the course of history. Whether you are conscious of it or not, you are continuing the existence and the story of all of those who came before you”. Teal Swan. Thank you Teal 🌎😘

After doing soul realignment with akashic records I removed, cleared and healed several generational vows from both sides that were hurting my life. Vows of poverty, sacrifice and obedience. Big yes! I loved this message and totally adhere. Two years ago I felt the need to go to the cemetery to visit my maternal grandmother, whom I have never known in this life. I asked her for help. An amazing series of synchronicities and dreams followed. It started by me driving out of the village after this visit to the cemetery and reading below the road sign leaving the village, the message: bye! We have seen you! I laughed out loud and felt seen maybe for the first time ever (families theme). The indigenous people honore their ancestors, I feel I’m making my way back to this. They are very much present… In the beginning for a better mind understanding, I read about epigenetics. That helped as well. It is also very empowering. Because all is here, now within us. Which means the change is possible within ME in the here and now! Thank you Teal for your work!💝🙏🏻💫

My parents are both from the island of Crete. I know SO MUCH about my ancestors. All the wars and killing they've gone through (due to random outside forces wanting to just conquer their land) has caused me to want to over train myself because I'm scared someone or something will try to enslave or capture me. Also, I know so much about my Cretan ancestry. But...I know nothing about my ancestors before Crete. I just learned last night that I have ancestors from Moldavia and Romania. It was just a casual mention in my family conversation. Like...who where those people? Why randomly that region of the world did I have ancestry?

I think the "Shadow" is attached to us at birth and it's comprised of all the unresolved ancestral trauma passed down, parent to child, generation by generation, probably through genetic memory or some energetic thing(s) we get from our parents. Essentially we're born with the unresolved baggage of our "Ancestors", add to that our own childhood trauma(s).

They were generous to prisoners and really into nature. And now I see and feel this power in myself. It’s so amazing and healing cause I always felt so lonely in my modern life. Have I got the ancestral thing all wrong? I have always thought that I needed to fix the relationship with my parents and grandparents and relatives, but from this video I understand that I can totally leave behind my old life if that works for me better and then become a better person for other people and treat others better than my parents, etc have done. Did I understand it right now? The feeling that I have to fix the relationship with my parents has always kept me a hostage. I tried and couldn't do it, tried and couldn't do it. But if I can be better by being on my own and healing myself and my ancestors then it makes me feel more free. Much better. I think I'll do this instead now :) :)

10,000 hours of genealogy research here. It was like going into a dark room, with a dimmer switch on the wall, gradually turning the switch to reveal light. I would call what you talk about, the term I use is genetic memories - probably a radical concept, but I know it to be true. Also, I agree, we live in dynamic times, massive changes in the world are upon us and everyone on the planet will be affected. Francis Parker Yockey, a U.S. intellegent agent in WWII, American, wrote a book after WWII, late 40's, Imperium, the dynamics of what you speak of - organic inherited dynamics. When he entered LA in 60, age 43, on the run from the CIA, in hiding, he had 6 passports. He was arrested, and found hung the next morning, a victim of "suicide". I have read 1,000 books since college, his was a great learning tool. Thank you maam, good thought provoking talk. kent

Also, I'm Russia, so that alone comes soooo loaded for me, especially since me and my mom moved to US when I was a preteen. We both always felt like outsiders. There were some aspects I do still love and hold dear, but for the most part, the stifledness of the culture and the suppression made us reject it in so many ways that I took it to another level. But I also have alpt of Sag and 9 house energy in my chart, so I naturally don't embody patriotism or nationalize. I hate borders, don't understand them, but as also cancerian I do value history, certain traditions and cultures, but mainly I just wish we all embraced eachothers cultures and not fight so much. Going off on a tangent, now. Lol I'm sure no one is reading this anyways 😅 Anyways. Thank you, Teal. Thats why you are the real deal. I love you, boo. 💛💛💛

huh.....i feel like we have a lot in common, my maternal family immigrated to the US from germany after ww2. I too wish we didnt have borders and governments, but I understand why we have them. As a cancer as well, I also love history and culture. Its very confusing to hate humanity but also love its history

Yes very beautiful episode thank you! I experienced some ancestral healing sessions when I was living in London. I have discovered that one of my ancestors Samual Blommaert (full listing on Wikipedia) became the director of the Dutch trading company the WIC (West Indian Company) during the 17th century. Yes, this involved the triangle journeys from Europe, West Africa, South, Central, and parts of North America. But I also like to recognize the adventurous endeavors he must have experienced. I have returned to my ancestral land in the South West of The Netherlands to the historical town of Middelburg which was home to the WIC and MCC. Also, it was the town for shipbuilding for the VOC. I feel I am coming back to my roots as I was living very uprooted in London. Sometimes I wonder and dabble between following the path of Shamanism and energy healing or continuing the legacy of my entrepreneurial ancestors and educating myself and others around modern-day trading, Defi, crypto, and high-ticket affiliate marketing. With a touch on recognizing and honoring Dutch history. Bring new technology to nations where we have colonized and interrupted their trade. 2 completely different things both very important. Would love to hear your take on this.

Water is Ether in low frequency and therefore it is the primary connection to ancestral records, as is food and drinks, and even if we go further back it would concern us to know that there is a And going even deeper, many ancestors are now here to heal primordial fear, like you Teal Swan

I found out on accident that my biological father is someone other than the man I grew up with. I wondered for awhile whether I was meant to be a part of the family I grew up with (where I always felt like an outsider) or whether I was maybe meant to be a part of my biological dad's family. I've come to realize that the family I grew up with (which was very toxic) needed me to be genetically different in order to help break the toxic cycle. It's been a slow process, but I've seen a lot of healing lately in my siblings that I didn't think would ever happen.

Thank you for this very clear steps to take to heal . Sometimes we need to reject just to get clarity on who we are, apart from family but then I guess the work is to go back and integrate the rejected parts 🙄 thank you 🙏🏼 Teal 💝

Impeccable timing. I recently had an EMDR session with my therapist, and a black entity came to me during. I could recognize the form as the entity which represented the years of physical abuse and trauma that the men on both sides of my family. As I looked at it with curiosity, I saw it startle, become more dark grey vs black, and then look at me with uncertainty. I wasn't able to go further into working with the form since the session was for me (not my family's ancestral trauma), so my therapist shifted the focus back to me. I've wanted to see that entity again, but it has been unsuccessful thus far. I hope to get some guidance with this video!

@nomadikmind3979 I have had years of work in other forms of somatic therapies (mostly self-guided). I attribute a lot of my "success" in EMDR to those years of practice.

How does this apply to those who are adopted? Especially as a baby? Like which bloodline is the more impactful? or are both equally both impactful? Which family line trauma do adoptees inherit?

Very interesting concept. It's not so abstract honestly it's just simple cause and effect, it's just obvious even on a very superficial level that people are the "dominoes" that are falling from their parent's dominoes. But we don't often think of our thoughts and decisions as dominoes themselves because we want to think that we have control. Let's be honest there is no control Because there is no seperate self but that doesn't matter because it's only natural for awareness and resolution to occur it's like a lazy river

Hello Teal, I also have this understanding and am helping people with their bloodline karmic patterns in New Zealand. A few days ago I had a sense that I should make myself known to you. Spirit “told” me that you have put out to the universe that you are looking for current incarnations of “yourself” who have the lucidity to understand that we are that. It is very hard to articulate this in a comment 😅 I do understand that this might be rather cryptic but the universe has only ever rewarded me for following their nudges! I do feel that this upload is a bit of another nudge from source to make sure I follow it. I see source and incarnation in a way where she I see a person, I can understand their “cards” and know also that they’re from a certain “karmic team” so to speak. Teams of souls who are here for a common goal. (We often have many teams we are on) I am on your team, there are others too. If you did ask for us to show up in your reality, I am one of them 🐇 If not, best wishes ❤
