they said it was funny but i just didn't know, i was not prepared. This is some of the best comedic writing I've ever SEEN. and its so DRY, just how i LIKE it! i have to keep pausing to breath, i cant handle this

floating vibes algernon is talking about fools in this part and Jack asks him which fools. do you know what do they mean??.. which people are fools??

Jihan jaan Jack says he's sick of cleverness and wishes that there were a few fools left. Algernon says that there are. The fool is the opposite of the clever person. It is an absurd conversation, as most are in this play. Wilde lampoons the Victorian upper class as fools - perhaps these are the people Algernon speaks of.
