Nice video, thanks for the good information. One thing that is still unclear to me however is whether it's a good idea to stretch the whole body before or after doing hard resistance training, or if stretching is a good idea at all in that scenario.

I usually do weighted jump rope for my warm-up then resistance bands training, would it be better to do my resistance training then jump rope? I watched a video recently that you probably don’t get the same kind of output as you would if you did cardio at the end, any thoughts? Great channel btw

Hey yo, i have a question. It doesn't happen to me too much anymore because ive been getting active but when i first started id always crack and pop all over whenever i stretch or warm up. What is going on there? Was i like not alligned or something?
