Im glad that i have that kind of narrative in my mind which pushes me to do things im afraid to do , in a single day I've accomplished 3 things that i have never done in my life before because i was scared to do so, believe me this works.

My mom told me or discouraged me not to met with strangers (especially in dating life). I feel even more inferior and reducing the chance and improving negotiating or convo skill towards women. Not only that, my dad discouraged me also to learn martial arts because it is bad and violent. Guess what happens to me? I feel even more violent and less control mentally when I followed my dad's advice martial arts. I kinda feel more like similar what Andrew Tate told me regarding boredom and depression in our lives

I watched this video from the channel Gravemind, and a similar example they used to persevere adversity was, an American ship had sunk a couple days before WWII had just ended. Many men that were upon the ship had to endure the cold waters many days before rescue came. Some of them didn't make it, but the ones who did all thought about quitting at some point. However when one person would think about quitting, the others would motivate the individual to think about the ones who depended on him back home, the ones that he hasn't connected with yet, and nevertheless the ones who hadn't even been born yet. I think that last part is what truly opened my eye, and probably the other men's eyes too. I could conclude this comment by saying, to persevere, envisioning the potential accomplishments in the future will aid in present times. Love the videos Mr. Forged💯 Edit: I also remember doing 315 on squats and decided to do 12 reps for my last set and dear god i thought I was gonna literally pass out after the 11th rep but I switched my mind into automatic, hit that last rep and fell to the floor with a sense of accomplishment 😂

Beliefs affect reality in so many ways. In fact, your entire reality stems from your beliefs. Beliefs are much different from thoughts, ideas, and values, they are essentially your mindset. Since beliefs effect the rest of how we see the world and behave, it's important to consider what beliefs we have. Firewalking is an ancient ritual that can be categorized as a wondrous performance with a powerful effect on believers. The New Age movement is reviving the ceremony through workshops and seminars.

This phenomenon is real, and I had an experience of it. So context first I am an architecture student and we had this assessment test where we will do a design project from 8 am to 5 pm, and the project given was a one-week project utmost and completely impossible to make in a single day with no overlooked errors. I did the assessment early on smoothly and things go along my plans but around noon I started to feel fatigued, in pain from the awkward position drawing my plan, and mental exhaustion to the point that I knew to myself I'd had enough and done for the day, got nothing left in my tank, and ready to give up the assessment. Until I heard my ex (we have the same class) talking in the background, bragging about something, and getting irritated by her mere presence because the entire time I was zoned out while doing my assessment test and came to realize how annoying she was while I was in the brink of giving up. Then a thought came to my head that there is no way this bi*ch will see me admit defeat, do something better than I can, and see her tomorrow bragging about it. From noon until 4:30 pm I did that assessment without breaks, my body on auto-pilot mode, and completely tunneled my vision on my test and I ended up finishing 30 minutes early. Later that day I have no idea how I managed to finish that test.

I'll never forget that time when I was 16 and almost fell off a cliff. I was out being stupid like your typical teenager, doing you-know-what in the mountains of california, where we were on top of a cliff. well I lost my footing and slid off the dry rock cliff. managed to grab a hold of some plant on the way down. I took a second to gather my wits and catch a breath. my heart racing and adrenaline going nuts. I began to feel the roots coming loose and almost instantly swung out and grabbed another one before falling. from there I was about 6 feet away and maybe 10 feet above a very large tree with branches that i could reach and thankfully were thick enough to support me. i had to drop down onto them though, which was a risk but there was no other option. i dont remember how long i hung there before i worked up the nerve to do it. it couldnt have been that long though, as I would not be able to hold on for that long anyway. so i dropped down with arms and feet wide so i could sort of bear-hug the branch and latch on, scraping and poking the crap out of myself in the process, but I made it, bleeding and. bruised. from there the branches were close enough together that I could easily climb down. needless to say, I never got close to a cliff ever again. this was over 20 years ago

This true, and I have experience it as well. I have across a situation of deaths but what kept me pushing is my dad he is strong and powerful man that I his blood is flowing through my vain. I can't die today that's what keep me alive. I just told myself today am never going to going to die, discipt my hand was broke by the assassin. I still keep on holding strong. The assassin's got tired and I narrowal run away and survive. I believe what kept me going is my father spirit and the promise I made to myself. Today am not going to die. I have so many experience I also noticed pain is another level of strength, while you're feeling pain when pushing up, just tell yourself pain is an higher level of my strength you won't believe the strength that you will unleashed. I truly we human are great being it just matter to your mindset!

This is actually very true. There is a surprising differencr between believing your not good enough and telling yourself your not good enough or having a voice in your head repeat shame. I think once you disassociate the naysayers fron yourself it becomes fuel. No one will tell me what I can or cant do or put me down. If i say, I cant do this, then I get weak. But if I say YOU cant do this in colourful language, then I prove that voice wrong. Thid came at the right timr for me to validate thede thoughts

Absolutely. I very often imagine that Im Tarzan in my heavy sets, avoiding a lion to come near to my face or I imagine this strength would serve in a fight to death for saving the ones I love, and that gives me an adrenaline and rage rush that i can only explain saying it makes me stronger and more savage

Yes, for context I'm deathly afraid of dogs, so I'm coming back from school with my brother and we cut through a park(roughly 300 metres of field before we reach the end) 2 dogs came from behind and I heard a bell so I turned round saw a dog and bolted like 40 to 50 meters in like 6 seconds (I'm a slow runner) before the owner called the dogs back. So yes in a life or death situation you get almost max human level of abilities.

Believe is the most powerful tools given to man. Is going a year now I haven't taken medicine, I believe I can heal myself and I don't need medicine to do that, all I need is a good food, water, exercise and a good sleep. You can also meditate 🧘🏻‍♂️to keep your mind in state. Hopefully the next morning you will be renew. We human are underestimating our ability. Guide your semen, it means life. We men have life in abundantly, we give life's, we create thing's. This world was dust and sand but we man made it to be buildings 🏢, structure, bridges 🌉. And lastestly never believe in anything that will take your power away from you. Sometimes I tell myself am a Demi-god. I was created by God and his breath ( live force) is in me. I'M A PRODUCT OF HIM..!!!

The physical aspect you're talking about is when the body's self-imposed limiters are removed and we tap into our full physical potential. However, these limiters exist for a reason because tapping into it will tear our muscles to pieces.

think about what it would do to your mind if you constantly traumatize yourself. I think knowing about this does more harm. the power is there when you need it most. knowing about it could hinder access to it. All you should do is improve your power base normally. and then when you need it most, you get a boost.

I remember in boot camp the D.I.'s would smoke us for hours and would tell us to give them just 10 more push ups and we'd be done and we'd somehow get through those last 10 push ups (actually 20 because Marines count 2 push ups as 1) and then those bastards would start flipping out and accusing us of holding out on them and acting weak and contine to smoke us 💯 hahaha, good times 💯 I gained 20lbs of muscle in 4 months.

FYI, your last set is never worth a torn quad, nor hemorrhoids, saving a life is, maybe this helps you finetune your "heroism",, because that energy is latently stored for a reason, if you burn that out regularly, you can say bye bye to ever being able to lift a car in a pinch, just sayin..
