I’ve been saying that I’m dealing with imposter syndrome. Like I’m living two different lives my normal (naive, silly extremely soft) and when I go out I’m a baddie (confident, graceful, no nonsense) and it’s been a struggle because I am both in reality. But lately I have not been balanced as i am showing up as one or the other. Thank you for this Jess because I would love to feel safe around someone enough to be able to vulnerable.

I think everyone goes through this… I was told that by my therapist anyway. Overthinking it is apparently a symptom of my OCD. For me it’s intrusive thoughts of “am I being myself or genuine, or am I really myself today, am I putting on an act” etc.. it’s been from a lot of verbal abuse. At the same time, I know imposter syndrome is very real and hardcore and that we’re all different. I’m not even sure my therapist is right 😂 Try not to overthink, unless you think you really need to… we all go through seasons of being different. One day I’m masculine, the next day feminine, and that’s normal. On the other hand, I’m so convince that I’m going to be hurt that I put up this hard front that keeps people away from me. It’s almost impossible for me to get rid of this… shield mask. Sending love and healing your way ❤

This message is spot on! That word "imposter" came to me as well about a week ago, and I thought it was for me. I didn't think it pertained to the people around me, but now that you mentioned it, I'm starting to see the imposter(s) clearly. I've been under major attack and the imposter(s) are pitting others against me. I'm sitting on some damaging information and they'revery nervous. Thank you for all that you do.

Waking up I directly receive a video from a friend with a white/yellow snake on it (the same color in my dream). This message 💯 applies to both myself and a neighbor I have had conflict with since she moved into the upstairs apartment 2 years ago. I was bullied terribly as a child, also suffered physical and emotional abuse...anyone with those vampirism tendencies would immediately latch on and bleed me dry of life and purpose if I showed a crack in my armor. I've put on the badass armor and have lived with my guard up since I was maybe 4 years old. I am now 55 and trying to break down the walls, take off the armor one piece at a time. I approached this girl with my heart wide open and told her everything that was bothering me. She acted all sweet to my face and now literally torments me and my other neighbor in any way she can. I have tried to send her blessings and love because I feel she has experienced some awful things. But let me tell you, it is a very hard thing to do! I will keep working on myself and keeping a compassionate heart. Some days are better than others. Thank you, Jess for sharing this. It was very convicting for me. ❤

THIS IS SPOT ON: I believe my manager has sociopathic tendencies and has been discriminating against me at work causing me a lot of mental strain. Telling me he is a "straight white man in America". Etc He caused me to tremor and lose sleep have anxiety and depression. Making me feel worthless. I was becoming a leader at work amd doing alot of great things, making good connections etc I think he felt threatened. He denied me bonuses raises etc. Iam starting to feel stronger. Taking time away from work.

Thank you so much for this message. Recently, I put a new project out into the world and had two situations where the feedback on the project was an personal attack on me. It really shook me. I understand harsh feedback on the content of a project, but not on the creator. This made me doubt myself and almost ditch the project. This video confirms that I need to press on. I enjoyed this topic and how you spoke about it. I can say from experience, as someone who was once extremely guarded, that realizing the threat is gone if it is, is extremely useful. The guard can come down and you can move on to focusing on the journey, instead of always being ready for a fight. I was always just quiet before working on my traumas, but I tried to give off the energy that I wasn't to be trifled with, for better and worse. Get away from the threat, identify what it is, get away, and get healthy. You deserve to live, and live a life worth living.

So the snakes I’ve been dreaming of, I always thought they had that exact meaning, someone being a snake, I can’t trust him. But who this person is, to his core, and how he is with me, is not a snake. He’s a puddle in my hand, but as of late, has been acting like a total jerk and being just nasty. And I’ve been under the impression it’s all just been a front but I don’t know why. I’m literally about to do some spell work tomorrow (Friday, Venus, Love) to help get us back to what we were. I turn on YT just now and see this video, and it really does make sense and acts as a confirmation to me. I don’t always watch your video the second you post them. I feel they show themselves to me when I need to see them and hear your words. Thank you, once again, Jess. Makes me really want to put my entire heart and soul into my spell work even more. 💜

Wow, in January I resigned from my job, for 2 reasons. First, because in October my friend/supervisor told me "if she wasn't too lazy to hire and train someone I would have been fired a long time ago. (I was there 8 years.) The second reason was medical.. I am happy I resigned, but she was furious with me for not letting her know before I put in my two weeks notice. We had been friends since early 1990's, and she feels like I disrespected her by not telling her I was leaving. The thing is, I did tell her, with the proper 2 week notice. And if she wanted to let me go along time ago, why keep me 8 years? I will probably never speak to her again, which is what it is. Going to listen to part two, now.
