Thanks for the info I didn’t know they were so good for vision. 👀 I have four raw ones every day from my backyard chickens, I separate the yolks and whites to stir in protein powder beet root powder and chlorella.

Eat an egg before a meal and the protein will fill you up. Also, keep boiled eggs in the fridge for a healthy snack - protein healthy snack. 1 boiled egg has about +/- 80 calories and .6 carbs. A bag of chips has about 240 calories and 23 carbs! 3 boiled eggs = 240 calories and 1.8 Carb grams! You can have 3 eggs feel a lot fuller and save 21. grams of carbs!
