I've been to a few estate sales, it's really kind of sad when you're going thru someones things, who are no longer alive. The layout is impressive, would even work today with the high ceilings, open plan obsession. I wonder if it came from a spec book, you could choose the layout and someone would build it for you. I told the realtor that my hope was to find a buyer who would love it back to life again. Thanks to God and both her and her colleague they found a couple with two young children who had a landscaping business. They had great plans to make the house and property shine once again.
