Wow, that´s a great addition since I have a grill like that, a vaccum sealer, being a fan of toasted stuff Sandwich-Style... My grill has the contact grill press function on the left and a flat top griddle on the right. I can do different things at the same time here, in control of temperature individually on both sides. I never thought it would be possible to have a toasted filled sandwich back in crispy condition after freezing. Thanks and cheers from Germany, Bernd

I recommend turkey/Havarti Killer! Btw Cuisenart makes an identical griddle. I’ve used it about 12 years without a hitch.

Can I use the convection function in my oven to heat it up or does it have to be an air fryer? Also, do you defrost first? Thanks!

You can heat it up in a regular oven at 400f. If you have a convection feature that is even better. I just used an air fryer because it's handy and my ovens were occupied😁. I heat them up from frozen for roughly 20-25 minutes or until crispy.

I guess you can make a Pulled Pork Toast Panini Sandwich or even something Burger style like that. I have no idea about freezing Cole Slaw, but the fresh green salad will not work, maybe dehydrated tomato and cucumber, like McD does :-)

Hey hope you guys have been doing well we’re getting into smoking our own bacon and I was wondering if you guys have a recommendation for a meat slicer that can do pork belly?

I have a love hate relationship with my meat slicer. It's a hobart edge. It's great but a little pricey and not very multiuse. I haven't owned a smaller unit so I can't recommend anything from personal experience. My subscribers on my other channel seem to like this one FWIW: amzn.to/3lpsy6n
