i remember it at the time. I had been following Cheltenham, and remember Alan not turning up at talksport on Friday morning. There was a 'not much mention' of it for a week or two, then Porky Parry admitted to the audience that Brazil was gone. Then a number of weeks later.....an announcent that he was back. I then read his book, and a chapter of it goes into all the details.
