Telamine had a bad experience with both Gorgug and Riz last season, and for some reason he decided to try hard to patch things up with Gorgug and absolutely roast the shit out of Riz You could tell he’s been waiting to use that “not your house” line for a looooong time

to be fair, he never had a problem with gorgug. he fully understood why gorgug was getting annoyed about his name being mispronounced, and consistently tried to correct himself. riz just had a harsh vibe.

Personally I think Fabian and Kristen have far more beef with NPC's. Riz makes good impressions on a lot of npcs, Skrank, Biz (we don't need to talk about him though), Garthy, Cathilda, Sandra, penny and most of the 7 I believe, all like him almost immediately (Ostentatia included because she didn't need to even be convinced that much to help him, made sure to write the message, made sure to say hi to him when she was not poisoned again and then invited him to a party, to add to the point she's a dwarf who likes him and we know dwarves have major beef with goblins even in Elmville ), her dad likes him. Gilear liked him since season 1 and then the next season made sure he had water and was fed and put him to bed when Riz was having a break down. I think he's also made the least enemies out of the Rat Grinders so far when considering the other 5 are going hard on the insults to their faces. All teachers and parents are pretty chill to him too, which as it turns out is not true for all the parents when talking about the other kids friends. Sklonda throwing deep shade at Kristen and Fabian, Sandra being deeply done with Fabian and kristen, Cathilda having a tiny bit of beef with Fig but that was two sided. He convinced all the skater dwarves / Torek that hated goblins that he was cool ("Goblin or nay, that was tight as hell!") The almost definitely fantasy racist pastor woman in the first season liked him for the little screen time she had. Goldenhoard, zero beef with him until he told him he kidnapped the 7 and ate his dad and then Riz ate his face.

Telamaine Lomenelda is only beaten by gilear in the funniest npc section, but lets not forget that Telamaine was one of the few who questioned sending kids to save the world and he much prefered them to stay and enjoy life and then went on to basically roast how the world works. Telamaine is a good egg with a big heart

isn't it canon in FH that goblins experience racism, and high elves in particular are played up as the epitome of Racist White Rich People? (obviously there are exceptions, just as there are in the real world) Like, Telemaine definitely gives vibes of some of the older church people I've met in my life. I would not be surprised to hear him and my grandma talking very seriously about "those poor children in Africa" as if every African child is starving to death in the desert and has never seen a cellphone.

I think it's because of Rizz being rude to him last season when Rizz mocked their Elven dance, so Telemaine called him a little dick. I think the "not your house, little guy" was a callback to that and a reminder to behave this time around and not randomly shoot his gun and make fun of Elven culture. It could also be racist.
