There is an Infinity Watch soft cover TPB that is a good read before starting this book. Issues 18-22 are in this omnibus and 1-22 in the TPB. So there is some overlap but not a ton. Congrats again on the 100k bro

According to the box set contents you are not missing anything(tie-ins, gauntlet/war/crusade limited series) even the box set collects Infinity Gauntlet Aftermath(which is not collected in Gauntlet Omnibus) and Infinity War Aftermath(same case, War omnibus didn't collect those issues), and also there's a volume collecting "What If?" comics(not collected in omnis) and bonus material. So, I don't think you're missing anything from the Infinity trilogy but instead you have more content. Omnis are just a little bigger than regular hardcovers(like the ones you have in the box set) but I don't think it's worth it to "upgrade" if you already have the box set. I recommend to get the Thanos Infinity Origin Omnibus(which is not collected in the box set) only if you like old comics(because those are from Thanos early appearances). On the other hand, there's the Thanos Infinity Saga Omnibus, which collects recent graphic novels by Jim Starlin.
