These are my secondary impressions of the V14. There is a lot to explore with this wheel, and I will upload some more V14 content once I get some more miles on it, and adjust the settings to my preference.

I really appreciate your opinion on the V14 but, I think you are riding it the "wrong way". (Pun intended) To unpack why I say that I first have to tell you a bit of my history. I have a few years background in downhill MTB, powder skiing and have studied 5years of robot engineering at MDU in Sweden. From both the downhill MTB and skiing I learned that when you are going down hill over bumpy train you need to have a stand as a "fotboll goalkeeper ready stance" (Search that on Google) it is called a dynamic stance. So If we are seeing your body and the EUC as a dynamic system of suspensions where you have three suspensions. The first suspension is the tire that absorbs road vibrations. The V14 with its progressive spring is supposed to handle the high frequency vibrations from a uneven road surface and high energy impacts from landing to hard from jumps. You the rider in a dynamic stance handles the medium low frequency but large actuation impacts from landing the jump or preloading the suspension before the jump, but if you stay in an upright position then the system misses those medium frequency but large actuation impact resistance. This will make it seam like the EUC is trying to throw you off and similarly a novice skier is not bending his knees and as soon he is going in to a train that is just a bit bumpy he is thrown of the skies. (Observe that on any KZbin winter fail video). However. I do agree with you that perhaps the fast frequency vibration dampening perhaps do not work as intended on the V14 but I have not ridden it yet. But what I can gain from KZbin that seams to be the case and that is what Inmotion is fixing (I think). So try taking the V14 out on a offroad trail and use the dynamic stance while riding it, I'm fairly certain that this will take your EUC riding to the next level (Regardless of the modell). This wheel should not be compared with a completely different wheel , if I had a choice right now, it would v14 as it dope!!!! And the linx. Two amazing wheels for different reasons...👍👍👍

I don’t understand all these comparisons between v14 and lynx. They are in different classes. If you want a 16” wheel, you should be comparing v14 and Patton and bedoge extreme.

Every video is like V14 vs Lynx? Lynx is better!! Uh, just because they came out within months of each other, they're head to head? No, my wallet does not agree I don't know what would get me to pay a $1000 premium over a V14, but a Lynx certainly isn't it

I like v14 because of the rapid tire change. Reviewers need to mention ease of maintenance more. They don't ride one wheel for years at a time. It's important to consumers that you can keep your hardware maintained for a long time.

its a bad point cause inmot put only 3a charger so u you should pay even more for nothing. by the way fast charging kills your 50gb fast as hell

Can't speak for Spain, but the V14 is $100 cheaper than the Patton in North America and $1100 less than the Lynx. Inmotion will discount their wheels if they're not selling well, whereas Leaperkim rarely discounts. You can have any impression you want on wheels, but when you put "The Inmotion V14 is CACA" in your title, don't be surprised if the OEM no longer wants to work with you. Just sayin'. There's constructive critique, and then there's literally shtting on a company's product. Even if there are some problems with the wheel, your ride review didn't really justify the title.

thank GOD someone speaks his OPINION ... screw the Brand LOYAL STAN'S -- I like honest criticism ... I would hope you do too. Doesnt mean his view would be mine but I am sick of every wheel and all I see are the reviewers ALWAYS SAYING GREAT THINGS since they got a free wheel. It has ruined trust as I dont trust any of these guys anymore .

​@@updlate4756 I think Wrongway is doing fine and he will call it like he sees it (for the most part) but I notice alot of these guys that clearly want free wheels & who doesnt will remove valid criticism from their video b/c of what u mentioned and I am tired of just seeing a bunch of great reviews of every wheel and when I buy them (alot of them) they arent as advertised. Inmotion wheel suck imo and I will never buy another one of them after they tell you the specs and the wheel is mediocre.Blah torque etc ...yet they claim to have the most torque in the world... Now the v14 looks better for torque than any of their previous wheel and the 12 rim is key with that but all in all they somehow underachieve IN MY OPINION ... k have a great day bud :)

The bird... bruh, the bird!!!! Lol- The funnest thing about it , doesn't bottom out easily, i haven't yet...bottomed it out- and its pretty sick for jumping- and the ergonomics at the top... paton eats my shins, but the 62lb suspension is wayyyyyyy smoother. Like your thoughts.

after watching many euc videos.. im discovering the safety of the wheel is most important to me. wether it can do 40 or 50mph and how fast it accelerates is secondary, because if at 50mph you hear a beep and the wheel shuts off -- thats a bad day. Inmotion seems to care about this and they implement safety features like additional head room and tilt back. I don't think i've seen a video where an inmotion wheel has dipped the pedals and/or shut off at high speed. That should be a no brainer -- "just make sure the rider can't cause the wheel to shut off at high speed."

Damn you kill me. I have been watching you for the last three year and to this day I do not know if I should listen to you or not. I think if you prepared a little more you would be a great resource. Still like you 😂 I have an order in for the V14. I have ridden the Extreme(did not have the best feeling), Patton(great feel but I am concerned about maintenance of the shocks), Mini(felt good but not impressed with build quality). I ride trails and have had my share of breaking wheels and the wheels breaking themselves. All these 16” wheel appear to be good enough for my ability level. It all comes down to reliability and durability now. That is why I am into a single shock layout that can be replaced by multiple brands. I will most likely get a Lynx as an everything wheel but the wife would kill me if I spent $6000 (cdn) on a wheel right now. Looking forward to your review. 👍🏿

With the information you've given, I think the V14 could be good for you, and you sound like you're familiar with the competitors. The maintenance of the shocks is extremely difficult on the LeaperKim wheels, you definitely need a good service center to do it, or have some know how. I'd like to see the tire change on the lynx vs v14. Everyone seems to say that and water rating are the biggest difference besides performance. I also need to learn what other maintenance wheels need besides tire changes/air checks. I'm guessing just adjusting suspension as long as nothing damages the electronics

Spent 3 months in Sagunto and Valencia so cool to see that! This is my first video that I've seen of yours (well, second if you count the first part) and I have to say that some of the ways you say things really makes it seem like you're not objective. On top of that, you ignore any comments that disagree with you and thumbs up every comment about how Inmotion sucks. I'm new to the space, so I don't have any strong opinions, but the way you communicate really clouds what you're trying to say.

So he started at 92% and then rode a good ways and said the wheel is at 91% stating that the battery was dropping rapidly that didn’t seem right, in my experience with the v14 I have done 4 plus hours of riding and never got below 50%. Whilst it depends on how hard your ride I have not had range anxiety with this wheel.

Hey Zen, nice to see the review. Double checking you played with the power assist settings? I imagine the suspension coil can be replaced if needed? It seems too stiff for most riders atm. The poor battery use is a shame to hear. It's hard for me to go past the Patton and Leaperkim lineup too. I'm still excited for a test ride soon!

Please be careful when passing elderly people from behind. 4:51 Many of us don't hear well, and we can often be unsure on our feet at times. You might want to use a bell.

I agree with you about much of what you said. I felt that the v14 suspension was far too stiff for trails, with not enough suspension travel for trail use. The low end torque didnt seem like it was there for me - I could "take off" far faster on the extreme and patton than the V14. Personal opinion: the v14 isn't bad - just not as good as its competitors.

Oh i thought the braking would be better on the v14 than the patton. I do come from a non suspension wheel but i still feel like the braking is worse on the patton. Now i didnt ride a v14 but i see a lot of mixed opinions. I do like the water resistance rating on the v14 tho really handy since i ride in any weather.

You're most welcome Graeme. I haven't been able to find much information on the waterproofing of the Lynx. I'll update you when I know more. Personally I have a shower cap that I put over my EUCS when raining to protect the screen, and I think the motor is sealed pretty tight as I've been riding it on the beach.

@@ZenLee I like to hit little jumps nothing too crazy but I mostly ride with one wheelers so I don't need a ton of speed, I pretty much always have to lift the wheel into my car too so weight/ size is kind of important. I'm currently riding a v12ht

@@SaiyanEuc dont buy a kingsong. I own the s22, and I watch a lot of people have problems. I have been incredibly lucky, but its really a big gamble. Imo its only worth it if you plan on hitting shibby jumps out the gate.

​@@SaiyanEucI love the S19, but think some of the early unita having battery issues. Make sure you get from a good dealer. Pros S19 speakers, bigger tire, and lights. Will be fun on group rides The Extreme a more rugged option and think all the kinks are worked out.

@@ZenLee Yea, first gen firmware deep depleted the batteries destroying some of them. Reputable dealers are checking and repairing as required.

It's funny how many people do not understand that if you're going to stop and talk you need to get the heck off the damn bike lane! We have this problem in California too. Although I always keep it friendly. In Venice Beach near Los Angeles we have pedestrian pathways and bicycle pathways side by side and the bicycle pathways say "no pedestrians" but people still don't pay attention. And while we welcome them, Asian tourists are the worst!

Thank you for your videos. Do you have a way (picture or other) to compare the size of the Patton VS V14 VS Lynx ? I'm scared of the "too big to fit in suitcase storage". I often take the train with my "little" wheel (KS18L) and I need to change it (I broke the internal shell 2x because of my weight). Is there a REALLY big difference between this 3 wheels ?

Thanks for the video; the power efficiency is very bad for v14, I have seen some range test from China, seems no one can get over 80km even for moderate weight/speed; and I did ask the FB inmotion group whether they would consider to improve firmware or design a eco mode to improve efficiency, and I get the negative answer plus “this wheel probably not for you “; Lynx on the other hand, more power full yet with much higher real world range compared to v14

This wheel really isn't very good at all. It offers nothing more than what current wheels have and for much more money. People that want to do bigger jumps will not be happy with it either. It can't keep up with more powerful wheels. We had the Master, Extreme and V14 at the park and the V14 was so far behind and didn't have the torque to make it up the steeper lips. People that are over the top for it..are unfortunately mostly having the placebo effect or just haven't rode much more suspension wheels.

I was excited by the specs and features but the ride reviews are a bummer. It seems like it has a following for it's 'Inmotion safety ' and easy teardown / maintenance.
